This property had mold in the AC units. The staff dismissed the mold and only changed the filters despite there being visible accumulation on the vents. I ended up getting sick staying at this hotel and would not recommend for families.

front desk woman named Lira acted rude on my check-in, said no hair dry supposed to provide while a house keeper, Nelly said she would look for one. Room has phone but no phone card. Lira said no tecnician available in weeken to fix it, but then Nelly found one phone cord, came to room to connect the phone. Lira at front desk refused to provide services when I asked and always said "we don't have it!" and showed bad attitudes but then Nelly did help me with good customer services. Well, I think the hotel manager should review/re-train her about Customer Service skills

Stayed here before. Everything has changed! There is no cooking or utensils provided which is what the Brand is known for for travelers. Providing a studio type facility where you can prepare meals. Now you pay for everything. They make you buy a pot set $30 plates set for one person $20 and a deposit fee of $100. They don’t even stock the room with enough towels not even a hair dryer anymore. They used to have a hair dryer = gone ! It is simply ridiculously trite to be so meager in customer service and falling far below expectations . There is no grab n go breakfast either !?! The luggage cart is broken and has been for a few months. What’s next ? Pay for towels too ? This property is no longer worth considering as an option at all !

Just know before you go it is what it is. Staf was poor. There's a sign out saying "be right back" for check in. Took a while to get someone there, but it seemed they were just in the office on the otherside of the wall... Average room. Noisy. The room next to us had a baby keeping me up. No toliet paper... If all you need is a bed, great. No frills. Cheap.

It's a nice location and close to the Disney parks. It's close to convenience stores and places to eat. The hotel wasn't the cleanest... and we had lots of miscellaneous dark hairs in our room.

Rooms are thin walls but overall good security is seemed like. Listing states breakfast included but upon arrival a sign was put up saying that breakfast won't be included anymore. A big reason I picked this place was for the breakfast. Staff was nice but a lot of times not readily available.

Bathroom sink was clog .. They said breakfast included but they are no longer serving breakfast . The powder fire extinguisher fell on its on No cups in room..Under the beds there is so much dust .. My 2 yr old son went u see there and came out a dust bunny .. No blow dryer only 1 roll of toilet paper.. Overall was not a great experience for a vacation .. I stood in another extended in miramar florida and that one was great … so that’s why i figure this one would be good but it was run down ..

Very nice employees but .....
An Extended Stay hotel .... not even one hanger, no dishes, utensils or pots and pans .... asked and was given a couple paper plates and plastic silverware in a zip lock bag! Terrible internet ... an upgrade was offered at $1.99/hour!! Also no luggage carts - " extended stay" usually means a person is staying for a while and has more than an overnight bag! Glad I had a first floor room near an entry door!!! TV didnt work and had to be switched out. Every person I dealt with from check in to maintenance was very nice but they can only do so much if corporate won't put any $ into repairs .... only chair in the room even had holes in the arm! Great location for all Disney vacation activities

Underwhelming
Waited 5 minutes for the front desk attendant to come out and check me in. She wrote the room info down on a torn up piece if scrap paper and handed me the keys with that instead of giving me the keys in one of the little folders most hotels use. There was hair in the bed. Very, very soft pillows, that 3 of which added up to about 1 normal pillow. Bed wasnt comfortable and AC was noisy. Most stations on the TV didnt come in. Overally not a good experience.

I guess the card I used did not reserve booking, when I called the hotel to confirm they said they had it and overnight staff said I could check in early. Flew in with 5 kids 3 under 3 and drove 1.5 hours from Orlando airport got there and said sorry, you can't check in. Room my sister had bloody underwear that wasn't disposed of. the shower head fell off and almost hit my newphew's head.They compensated for that $100.00 but this place is for people who just want to stay if they don't have homes or something..they don't clean the room daily and if you want clean towels 1 time they will clean, second time they charge. go to a regular hotel if you have family.

This hotel smelled so bad. And our bathroom wasn't clean, the tub was dirty. Our room smelled, the hallways smelled. It was disgusting and we should have asked for a refund but it was so late we didn't really have a choice. Won't go back to Extended stays again.

From check in the staff was extremely extremely rude we stayed for about a week and it was towards the end of my stay that I witnessed the front desk gentleman call a customer an obscene inappropriate name. Not what I expected at all
This hotel is in a very questionable area and there were people clearly on drugs on the sidewalk every time we went outside. Little to no area to walk a dog we had with us as there is barely any grass and the grass around was completely litter covered and found dog poop not cleaned up multiple times as well. The beds were so uncomfortable and we literally found a roach in our room when we woke up after our one night stay.

Don’t ask for toilet paper, they won’t replace it when you run out. No housekeeping. The room smelled like mold. The beds are NOT queen size! They are FULL SIZE and barely fit two people! The “breakfast” is prepackaged blueberry muffins that taste like crap, Quaker instant grits and oatmeal packets. The creamer is poisonous. Usually waiting for someone at the front desk. Heavily understaffed. ONLY ONE LUGGAGE CART FOR THE ENTIRE HOTEL so if you’re stuck waiting for it, they will CHARGE YOU for still occupying the room when it’s the hotel staff fault for not having more than one! The staff also uses it so you’re lucky if it’s actually available. Tons of homeless and sketchy people hanging out behind the hotel. They have to PAY the sheriffs department to have a squad car circle the parking lot for four hours at night due to break ins! Overall this place was terrible!

Avoid this hotel at all cost. Staff doesnt help with issues with other guests. We had our upstairs neighbors stomp their feet till 1am and start again at 7 with no one on staff to help.

Is amazing this hotel, is very cleaning, have kitchen, refrigerator, love the bathrooms, the bed is amazing, the all areas of the hotel is amazing, breakfast in the mornings. 5 stars thank you
