A reservation was set for the wrong day same late evening. When I got to the property the next day as intended they communicated no issues and told me my reservation will be transferred to the next day. They didn’t not discuss any fee etc. at check out the charged me for both days even tho I was not at the property and communicated upon check in. They told me they can help and charged me for two days after I paid for a late check. This is deception and bait and switch. They kept assuring me I wouldn’t get double charged. Every receptionist acted as if they couldn’t remember the conversation after we spoke 5 minutes ago. The manager came up and said they don’t have to disclose that they will charge me anything additional. Terrible damper to the trip knowing you were lied to during check in then it’s something else that day of check out. I spent a lot of money tipped staff. Only to be ripped off.

First stay at Caribe Royale, it was a very pleasant experience. The staffs are all friendly and helpful, place is clean and full of stuff to do. Pool are well maintained and guests were all well behaved, definitely recommend for big groups and with kids.

This was my first time staying here, and I was pleasantly surprised! The room was spacious, comfortable, clean, and quiet! The convenience of the Starbucks and restaurants was great. The only down side was the parking fee.

Took my money from my VISA, 200 dollars each night at around 3 am for 4 nights! Totally around 800 dollars! These all happened when I was sleeping. None of these actions were told or informed forehead. I don’t know where all these money goes, why they were taken from me or what’s the purpose of the actions. After phone calling, they told me that these are “Operational Fee”. Okay… then what is the operational fee? What’s operational fee for? Why take the operational fee from me? Why took those fees after I have paid the deposit for totally 700 dollars? Why not tell everyone you may take the operational fee when we are checking in? None of these were answered! The only answer is “we will return your money after 5-7 business days”. Wow! Okay! What a nice hotel! Take my money without my permission and ask me to wait for 5-7 to get them back! Why should I keep bothering my money from a hotel when after I’ve checked out, when I’m already thousands of miles away from the hotel? When I’m already out of my vacation and am bothering other things? Why should I keep choose you after all these? How should I trust you next time that my money won’t be taken while I’m sleeping. HOW should I trust all the “Caribe Royale” entities? ps: I never have had spent my money on purchasing anything through the hotel service, so it couldn’t be the fee for a pre-authorization of any purchase. (Like the Fiji water placed on the table of the mini bar in my room, which do cost money!)

This place was absolutely amazing. If I start talking about the Venetian restaurant, I will literally be talking forever because it was quite literally the most amazing food I've ever had in my entire life and we ate there every single night. But the entire facility is amazing and very clean and the staff is wonderful. We will definitely be back.

My wife and I really enjoyed having everything available on one property. She had a massage at the spa, we dined at multiple restaurants on property, and we loved the pool.

Loved that they have a shuttle to take you to the front of the property. Excellent Pool. Room was nice but carpet had a somewhat musty smell. Curtains seem a little disheveled. But very good property overall. Would definitely stay here again.

Carpeting is a little old at the villa, perhaps change to tiles completely for easier cleaning, otherwise not a bad place to stay, very close to everything.

I truly loved everything about this property other than the check-in process. I didn't like the fact that the night manager had no way of knowing what I had been told about paying with an out of state school check.
