I usually enjoy my stay at avanti palms but my experience at international was not good at all. Room was dirty upon arrival, the fridge wasn’t working properly so all my food packed went bad and I forgot a pair of shoes in my room and when trying to communicate with the property to get them back I got left on hold and when someone finally picked up they never reached back out to me about if they had my shoes or not. This ruined my experience with Avanti and I probably won’t be back.

Very easy to access everything around the resort. Only complaint is that some workers and other guests were extremely loud after 11pm and were hanging around the pool gate. other than that resort is very nice and clean.

Avanti International is a huge property. I didn’t realize that there are two Avanti locations. On the same strip. It is an older type hotel; however, the rooms still looks good. Please note that breakfast is not like other hotels. You will be given 2 coupons for 2 to go the the bar and grill; even if there are more than 2 people in your party.

The area is beautiful front desk staff and workers are super nice. What they can improve is cleaning the rooms a bit better. Especially cleaning those baseboards the first thing I’ve noticed when I walked in was the baseboards and the sheets.

The property location is great right on International Drive and you can walk to all the restaurant. It is also an easy drive to Disney. But the issue with our stay was that our room was not cleaned. In addition, some water dropped on the floor and I went cleaning up and when I looked at the towel, the towel was coal black it is obvious that the floor has not been moped in ages. Therefore all the positive was washed over by the negative issues. So my family will never stay there again.

My family and I feel completely comfortable in this resort, is pet friendly and we we’re able to take our dog to the trip that’s a extra there it doesn’t matter how much you have to pay if it’s for comfort and easy access to almost everything in Orlando tourist stay here

It’s just okay. Rooms and hotel itself is a little dated and not the cleanest. A little loud at times. Beds are not the most comfortable. Good for families. Pool area and bar/restaurant is nice. I would possibly try a different hotel next time.

The property did not want to accept my temporary drivers license. I payed for 4 nights months ago and they wanted me to leave if I couldnt produce a plastic drivers license. They would not accept my teacher ID badge and were pretty terrible to me. Eventually they accepted a picture of my old, expired license. My door keycards were deactivated after thr first night. Inside the room was spotless, the shower was fantastic, the beds very comfortable. Outside was very dirty and people walking around openly smoking marijuana and cigaretts. The pool area was littered with empty cups, trash, and deflated pool floats. There were cigarett butts in the sand area. The duning room food is very good and the dining area very clean. The price for the room was very inexpensive. Walking dustance to restaurants and mini golf. Shuttle to Universal Parks. Fix the door handles to the rooms. Your cleaning staff and cooking staff are first class. I have annual passes to Disney, Universal, and Sea World and come to Orlando once a month. I will be returning to Cabana Bay or Rosen from now on. I was charged a $50.00 incidental to my credit card after checking out.

The in room phone was not working. Our bathroom door did not open from inside there was some problem with the knob. I saw a spider in the bathroom. Overall not worth the price.

A/C broke during our stay and we were unable to get in contact with front desk as they wouldn’t answer. Instead of transferring to another room they had us wait in the room (with zero air conditioning) with a baby but luckily, they came a short time later… to replace the A/C with us in the room. Not the worst situation ever but not ideal to be in a situation like this with no attempt from the hotel to make it right other than just have us wait there. Totally unprofessional from the property. The hotel and the rooms LOOK good but upon arrival we noticed the floor of the room was also pretty dirty… found some type of red sauce in between the bed and nightstand and other liquid marks on the floor and hair on the shower floor/wall. If it weren’t for the broken A/C experience I would rate this place a 7/10 just because of the price point and the location where it’s at and to be fair I’ve stayed at higher quality hotels that have been dirty as well.

Well front desk aren’t too friendly and was told the room is in perfect condition but when I got to room the tub backs up with water and the facet was coming off. When I told front desk they said ok we will fix tomorrow. Never fixed.
