"Check-in was at 4:00 pm. When my family and I got there at 4:00 pm our room was not ready. They said we would receive a text message when our room was ready. At about 4:15 pm, I spoke to another employee and she was able to get us a room that was ready. The room was very spacious and modern. Very nice bathrooms, comfy beds, and just the right temperature. However, there were stains on the couch, table, and floor. There was also a small puddle of liquid on the floor of the living room, which I had know idea what it was. At one point during my stay, I also saw a medium sized cockroach crawling from behind the stove. My daughter really enjoyed the water park. So overall, my stay was good for the most part, the staff is very friendly it’s just whoever cleaned our room before we arrived needed to do a better job."
