The food especially at the Medallion and Red Parrot was awesome. The infinity pool staff great. Concierge misinformed us about car rental but overall had a great time

The shuttle from the golf resort to goto other Divi was not fun had to wait next time I would stay at Divi all inclusive on the beach . Also golf resort had no cushions on lounge chairs . Staff and resort was very polite and clean

Upon arrival the staff were very hospitable! I checked with Nicole, who was very knowledgeable. I received a bottle of wine for being an Expedia VIP but I never received my golf voucher. The rooms were pretty standard all though one day I had to wait to shower because something was going wrong with the water pressure. I live up north so at night I turned my air off and the room smelled like mildew. My guess is because of the constant condensation. Shuttles were ALWAYS available to take around the different properties if you didn’t want to walk. The food at all the restaurants were modernized and of good tasting. My favorite was Mulligans. Overall I would stay here again for my short weekend getaway!

Easy peasy Caribbean Sea…. Beautiful resorts stay at one have access to all of them!!!! Rooms are spacious, property is gorgeous. Staff was so friendly and welcoming

We liked the idea of having so many restaurants to choose from ..loved the swim up bar and our bar tender Marvin at the infinity pool he was very helpful and had great conversation. We also loved being close to the beach . We did not know the room would not be stocked with coffee..but not a deal breaker now we know for next time . The rooms were decorated nice and modern..loved the patio.

I had originally put in for 1 person as I was paying for 2 I then added another person. At first they stated there would be a penalty fee and after e mailing the reservation manager they assumed me no penalty would be assessed and I was all set. Upon arrival they stated they did not have that information so my guest was not allowed to stay. The rooms smelled musty and moldy. I woke up to cockroaches all over the kitchen floor and never even ate in time he room. They sprayed only to leave me with a horrible odor that caused me to have difficulty breathing and a lot of coughing. The night before leaving I had be hot water or water pressure so could not shower or join my family on our last night for dinner. I stayed in the room in tears. I have stayed at the Divi Divi prior and have Always had the most excellent service. This was unfortunately a very bad experience.

It’s a beautiful property. Really big and spread out. It was so nice to get walks in every day with beautiful sites to see. The lobby staff and the bartenders at the main pool could have been a bit more personable, but the restaurant staff were great! The food is really good, especially at Mulligans!

We enjoyed our stay at the property. The pool was used often. The staff was friendly. Our son enjoyed the iguanas on the property. The golf course was fun, but could have used more maintenance around the greens. We enjoyed using the other properties owned by Divi. Overall was a great trip and we plan to visit again.

property was beautiful. Although, it has a couple of kinks that needs to be addressed. The shuttle service was excellent, specially to Noel Villegas. He's very courteous, nice, helpful, and knowledgeable. The staff in every restaurant, specially Bibi from Mulligan's. She's the best. She takes our orders and doesn't write anything, but she remembers all of it! Amazing! the couple of kinks are, there was one bellhop that helps everyone when getting off the shuttle. Mind you, I have a cane because I just had knee replacement surgery, this bellhop didn't help me until he was given a tip. He was just looking at me getting off the shuttle until my friend gave him a tip. We tip all the time and to everyone that helps us. The second one, is the infinity pool, it needs a little scrubbing or shock at night. There was some algae forming on the steps and it gets slippery. I just don't want any accidents there. But the restaurants are phenomenal! Ginger, if you can get a reservation there, it's so worth it! They had a cake for my sister and I, it was out birthday !

The shuttle staff were very friendly and courteous. If not for other issues such as housekeeping issues.-overall detail to cleanliness, issues with refreshing towels and the delay in fixing a clogged toilet and leaking showers I would give the resort a higher rating. If I go back I may try the Divi All Inclusive or the Tamarjin. I stayed at the Golf Villas.

We loved Divi. The fact that the 3 resorts are so close is such a great perk, with shuttles on call to bring you back and forth upon request. We stayed for 7 nights and we dined at a different restaurant each night. The service was great, the food was delicious and the location and facilities outstanding. My only recommendation, Divi offers a new to Aruba orientation, don’t skip it. Because the resort has so many perks and activities that we didn’t find out until almost the end of our trip. Second, make your dinner reservations in advance because those go pretty quick.

The room smells awful , I complained and they put me in another room it was fine until the next morning and the same smell creep in..I spoke with several guest who stated they was experiencing the same thing, I left a day early I couldn’t take the smell and I forgot to mention I woke to a roach crawling around,they ask why I was leaving a day early and I advised them of what I was experiencing and I got was have a safe trip.. never again dirty as hell and the smell is unbearable!
