"I reserved my stay on Expedia and upon arrival the hotel staff were very confused and wanted to charge me again and trying to prove I didn’t reserve online as I’m showing them the confirmation email and all. Along with the already charged bank statement from Expedia. After getting my key the room smelt horrible. Woke up sick to my stomach and cough. It’s 80 degrees outside and I have the flu. How?"

"Dated interior (still above average), clean facility, friendly and helpful staff. Didn't use amenities so I can't rate them. Good parking. Not used to hardwood floors in rooms but was clean quality flooring in great condition. Room size was generous. TV system just OK. Overall, will stay there again!"
