"Check-in was fairly easy and we were greeted by a very cheerful member of staff. Our room was clean and a fair size. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was good something for everyone even gluten free cereal. There was a coffee machine offering latte cappuccino espresso etc but the coffee was only ok but then I’m a snob. The restaurant attached to the hotel is excellent! Overall we were very pleased with our stay. "

"Lovely property in Cala Gonone. Every single staff member went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and that we were taken care of. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean. We stayed in an Economy room on the 1st floor and we’re perfectly satisfied. The resturant at the hotel was fantastic, we ate dinner there twice! Cute bar and lobby lounge area. "We enjoyed a last minute stay at this property. It was clean and spacious with what appeared all new furnishing. The staff were friendly and helpful. The property provides parking (at nominal fee), great wifi, and has a restaurant on site if you do not want to cook in your apartment kitchenette. Overall it is relatively quiet, except if you have neighbors who watch TV very loud... There was just not enough soundproofing for that... I would recommend this apartment complex for sure if...

"This was a very nice property located on the waterfront. Exceptional value. Off-season so very little open in the area. I may have been the only guest in the hotel that night. This would be a great location in summer for regional water activities. The Festival of Sant' Antonio happened to be starting the same day I was there. "DO NOT BOOK! I booked this property months in advance and less than 24 hours before I was due to arrive, they moved me to a neighbouring hotel. The hotel they moved me to had lesser facilities, was a French and Italian speaking hotel and was very dated. I visited Janna e Sole to ask what had happened and if they could move me back to where I originally booked, they were rude and dismissive. I asked if I could have at least have a refund for the price difference as the hotel they had moved me to was nowhere near as nice. They have point blank refused and I am still fighting with them on this after being hung up on, and my emails ignored by their booking team. We heard a lot of horror stories from other guests about staff behaviour. They point blank lie to guests. Customer service is not something they offer. This was truly the worst holiday I’ve ever had."
