"I simply was not happy. When I showed up she didn't even come to the desk right away because she was asleep over off to the side and then when she did come she didn't even bother to ask for my ID card she asked for my name and then proceeded to tell me that I didn't have a room then I showed her the reservation information and she said that wasn't their reservation information and then proceeded to say that she found my information in the system after she got a hold of my ID card but that my address was in matching up I don't know what was going on but it took a little bit of time for me to even get registered but I guess you get what you pay for"

"The rooms are extremely clean, the coffee was excellent, the staff was exceptional. When my daughter and I were overheard talking about how she was menopausal and had hot flashes,and I’m getting old and have thin blood so I get cold, they voluntarily brought me an extra blanket."
