"The first day when I checked I wasn’t happy with my room it was a smoking room the smell was horrible it smelled like urine and smoke. The lamp looked like someone has pissed on it. I raised hell and went to guest services and got switched to a different room I now goes in there and it smelled like someone had just got out the shower I look in the bathroom and the tub is wet and use soap is on the top of the shower how disgusting.
