Had to stay for a week with spouse and 2 grandchildren, while house was being worked on. Everyone was nice and helpful, highly recommend. Clean room, quiet.

Spouse and I, plus 2 grandchildren had to stay for a week, while house was being worked on. Everyone was very kind and courteous. Good to see we have such a great place in our own town. Clean, quiet, safe area, pleasant people to deal with. And a plus great Mexican Restaurant onsite.

Breakfast was very bad. Cereal was stale. Muffin cabinet had gnats all in it. The eggs tasted terrible. The waffles were great but I didn’t like the open container of butter that was used by everyone with the same knife.

Don’t go here
It was terrible I reserved two nights just in case but only stayed 1 night. The front desk receptionist said she wasn’t authorized to cancel the night I didn’t need and made me pay for two nights and would get a refund when I contact my booking agency however they tried calling to get my refund and was told no one with authorization was there to do so and it’s been four days now.

Brandy,We apologize that you ran into this issue. Because the reservation is booked third party staff is not able to make changes to reservations. However, when you checked out you were only charged for one day and the second day hold was released that night 8/24 when our audit was ran. Expedia called the hotel on Wednesday and this was mentioned to them as well. Please reach out to your bank to find out about the pending hold on their side. If you have additional questions please feel free to reach out to the hotel and we will be happy to speak with yourself and your bank. Some banks do not release the funds for 3-5 business days. Apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused you and hope you will stay with us another time.

There was black mold growing in the shower. Room 113 between the shower head and the shower curtain. The seating in the room was uncomfortable. The gym equipment was in poor repair. There was hair on the towels (not mine).

We travel with a small dog and this hotel is very accommodating, there is plenty of room to take her outside. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The manager Raj was very friendly and took pride in her hotel.

Even though this hotel was 15-20 minutes off of I-40, it was worth the drive! The staff was very friendly and accommodating with our requests (we needed a no-pet room because of allergies). The breakfast was varied (eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy as well as cereals, muffins, etc.) and they heated up my biscuits without being asked since they realized they had gotten cold. The hotel was also very clean and quiet!

The spout in the tub didn’t have a diverter on the top of it like practically all other spout. I eventually found out that it was underneath the spout, unfortunately after I wasn’t able to take my shower.

The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly and knowledgeable of the area (let us know how to get to the gymnasium we we’re looking for) the breakfast was just cereal and you can make a waffle and toast and muffins we’re available kinda thought there would be egg bacon and that kind of breakfast
