First off, the rooms were something out of the 90's. The pull out couch we had in the room looked as if it was twenty years old. We were afraid to sit or sleep on it. One the first night aboy 15 cars were broken into. Shattered glass was everywhere and no staff member bothered to even clean it up. I do not reccommend this hotel.

Absolutely terrible experience ! This hotel is nothing like the pictures on Expedia. The floors of the establishment are soiled and nasty, the furniture is also old outdated, over used and soiled, theirs cockroaches in your rooms, and the management is unconcerned with everything. The property had busted car windows on the premises and the area is full of homeless people. Many of the homeless purchase rooms at this facility. The area is great for good bars and highway access however this room was a complete false advertisement and overpriced for the quality provided.

Drove up and saw multiple parking spaces in a row with broken glass. There was an apparent theft ring hitting every car. Felt.unsafe, so rebooked with another hotel.

There was broken glass in the parking lot, indicating cars that were broken into. The hallway and elevator smelled of body odor. The couch was broken, and the cushions were missing. The sink had a broken handle.

The room was was ok for the money. It was clean and smelled fresh but VERY outdated! However, the amount of noise and hanging out from the guest and non-guest is not good. Too much riffraff going on. For a quick stay, it’s not bad.

There was broken car windows lying all over the parking lot. Had I seen it during check in I would not have stayed. They closed breakfast down, turned off juice machine, took up food by 9:15 & breakfast was supposed to be until 10:00.

The bathroom was not cleaned at all and there were still wet towels hanging up. I brought it up to customer service and he told somebody would be upstairs to clean the bathroom. The maintenance man came and took the dirty towels and they wouldn’t replace the towels for clean ones.

the carpet and furniture in the room was dirty. I had to spray Lysol prior to getting comfortable ( however this is something I do to all hotel rooms). dated. had to ask for replacement towels. No housekeeping- I think that was on the reservation but I had never encountered that before. Smell on the 3rd floor hallway. I did like to Sauna and pool- even though it had a lot of chlorine. the Hot Tub needs to be cleaned- lots of white foam. I did use the exercise facilities. I booked it for the Sauna but next time ill look elsewhere.

This property is outdated. Rooms smell. A very old and worn sofa sleeper, from Friday to Monday no room service, paint in tub peeling, shower head corroded. I was very disappointed.

All the employees were really nice, Ed was an awesome guy when I had my one problem he fixed it very quickly. This place is not fancy, it serves its purpose to give a nice place to sleep when in town and the employees are really nice.

This is a subpar motel in a charade of a hotel with actual amenities. We entered the room and immediately walked out due to it and the rest of the property’s condition. I can’t imagine how they stay running without the meth heads and prostitution that obviously occupy the area.

No USB ports in room. Hot tub broken. Room dirty and smelled unpleasant. Ice machines were broken. No trash can in room . Mold under soap dish in showers. Never got an answer at the front desk out of 4 different attempts. Water was hot though.

Upon arriving to my room check in went well. The room wasn’t the best. The tub was dirty and so was the toilet. The phone wasn’t plugged in to reach front desk it was simply there for display. Wires were exposed. Went down the next morning after reading housekeeping policy to let the front desk know I was in need of service. I was told house keeping would be by at 9am. Housekeeping never came. I went and spoke with front desk after arriving back to the hotel from an afternoon outing and was told my room had been cleaned. Went back to my room noticed that the room was not cleaned and I had another conversation with staff. An employee by the name of Zack was very rude. He raise his voice at my wife and I had to intervene. He threatened to check me out and refund my money because he didn’t want to go back and forth with me about my room not being cleaned instead of having it cleaned. I was misgendered 3 times by Zack after correcting him the first time. Zack was very unprofessional and lacks customer service skills. When he was asked for the manager or corporate number he proceeded to tell me to google it and that the manager was not in and that he himself was the brother of the manager. Eventually after going back and forth with Zack I was able to have my room cleaned.

I booked this hotel because it had a hot tub. I get there only to find the hot tub did not work. There was a homeless person camped out by the back entrance and broken glass in the parking lot as if someone had their car window broken out. There was water leaking from the ceiling tiles in the hall. When i got to the room, it didnt look bad, but had a funky smell. But then I went to take a shower and there was a hole in the ceiling with toilet paper shoved in it. I went to the front desk to ask for a different room, they moved me to another room that smelled like a bon fire. They said it was the only room they had left. I didnt want the hassle of looking for another place to stay, because i was going to be late for an event i was attending, so i just stayed against better judgment, the next morning, the toilet wouldnt flush. I called the front desk and they said they couldnt hear me, so i went and told them in person. They did get it fixed quuckly, but was just an inconvenience. I will never stay or recommend staying there to anyone. Honestly the only good thing was the free breakfast.
