Dirty. Room was humid. Towels were disgusting. Need better management. No soap. Asked twice, third time I had to make my way to the front desk, ask and they had it in the drawer all along. Indian lady supervisor watched her front desk employees like a hawk! Girl back off. Wouldn’t want to work for her. Bad vibes

Nice place to stay, looks good, clean and good attention. Rooms pretty decent and modern, no bad odors or noise, very quiet. Breakfast was decent, you have to pay for it, parking free. I would stay here again for sure, no complains.

Staff were great, no complaints there. Room was spacious. Bathroom was like contractors took a lunch break and never came back. Shower base was gross - I put down a towel before getting in. Maintenance and cleaning (in my particular room anyway) need improvement.

There was hair in the room left over from someone’s previous stay, faucet was broken off bathroom sink, shower had low pressure and no hot water, towels looked dirty.

Overall this was a decent property in a safe area. The hotel feels like it was recently remodeled but never finished. Our room did not have the frig or microwave we had to request them. A few of the rooms on our floor did not have door locks or handles (there were holes in the door for them). The hotel is on the cusp of awesomeness. The employees are very friendly and accommodating. The wifi is non-existent and for some reason cell service is next to none within the building, you step outside and it is great.

Front desk check in great easy. Room clean. Bed kinda hard so didn’t sleep good but that’s normal with almost all hotels. My issue. Check out is 11am I was just woken at 8 by house keeping whom google translate was used to explain this bc they didn’t understand why I was still in the room at 8am….. I needed sleep for this trip and hard bed and now this I’m up and can’t go back to sleep leaves me very upset. Also, barn door bathroom on design is horrible!

The employees were very welcoming at the front desk. Lobby was very clean. Room was amazing! Bed was comfortable, bathroom was very clean. My stay was 5 days and even though they said they would clean the room every other day they came in every day.
The only thing I would suggest is my room only had a refrigerator. It would have been nice to have a microwave as well.
Over all my stay was great and we will definitely stay there next year
Everything was great. It was clean, comfortable, relaxing. The staff was very friendly, helpful. They greeted us every time we came through the front door. We are very pleased to have stayed there.
