Did not go on trip and hotel would not issue a refund even with a stage 5 tornado coming. Don’t stay here

Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately, your reservation was made and paid through a third party, and not the hotel directly. You would need to contact the third party in regards to any refunds or cancellations.
It's downtown near Bricktown with many things to do around the hotel and including things to do inside so you don't have to really go anywhere if you don't want to, everyone is friendly and greet you whether the staff catches you on the elevator or in the hallway they're all friendly and speak to you not just the front desk when checking in also has 17 floors with a spa inside the hotel!

Property overall nice and convenient to Paycom. Recommendation would be in addition to the QR code provided to tip valet. A QR code available also to tip housekeeping.

The Omni was amazing. Walking distance to Paycom clean room numerous choices for dining overall a great stay

We were not permitted to check in for a significant amount of time because the internet/technology was down at all the Omni hotels. We could not purchase anything with a card even after we were permitted to check in.
