The room was clean and check it was easy. Two problems though, first the TV was broken it had a line of broke pixels running though the middle of it. The biggest problem was the shower did not have any hot water. For that reason I would not book this hotel again. On a positive note the breakfast was great!

Room was clean, bed comfortable, but the room is dated and needs carpet replaced. Great area if you have a dog, plenty of green space.

I stayed in room 221. The reservation was myself, my wife and our dog. This room is/was dirty. The carpet is disgusting, it is very very dirty. The floor in bathroom had some spill on it, a sticky spill, and obviously had not been mopped clean. The smoke detector is missing. The TV screen was very dirty, This was my 5th stay and likely my last. Whether I have a dog or not, for $120.00 this was a a ripoff. Best Western and the owner should be ashamed.

Tired facility
This place is very tired. Carpet is frayed, furniture is beatup. I have stayed here twice, not staying again. Front desk is not welcoming or friendly.

road trip stay
second time staying here on drive to az. the staff is ALWAYS delightful and helpful. the property is dated and has some improvements. weird sweet cover up smell in room. beds comfy. is sufficient for over nite road trip stay

They didn’t clean up our room so we have to request clean towels and the bathroom only have one roll of toilet paper the carpet is gross they need to put attention onto the carpet!!

We have stayed at this property in the past & was expecting it to be the same, the room carpet was filthy and just seemed "tired". The pool was not clean and the area we used to sit at in the shade had bird poop everywhere! It wax so dosappointing! It was very hot and the pool we were so looking forwward to! Breakfast, pancakes dried out and had too Ask multiple times for replenishment. This was a 3 night stay on Saturday, finally they cleaned pool but was still lacking. The helpers were friendly snd very acommafsting

The staff was professional & kind. The room was clean. It was located near shops, restaurants & a Supercenter. We felt safe & it was quite. We parked right at our door. It was located near I-40 with easy access.

Very simple road trip stop. Very good breakfast in morning. Room basic had a fridge non working, changed room and fridge extremely noisy. Renovated shower and very comfortable bed is 5 stars.

Great Stay & Breakfast
We will definitely stops here again!! The staff at check in was great, very Friendly . The room was park at your door which we don't mind. Outside was very loud with the traffic on the highway, but once inside the room it was very quiet. Comfy bed , the walk in shower was great since before leaving on vacation I injured myself. Grrr! Breakfast the next morning was the best breakfast we had at a hotel in a long time.
