Went to check in with my husband for a special night away. We booked a king room and were told there was only a double queen. We get to the room and find pubic hair on the bedding and a small black bug on the pillow. We try to turn the tv on. Doesn’t work. There’s wires dangling from underneath the television. Ethernet lines. It was a mess. We couldn’t figure it out. Called the front desk. The staff couldn’t have cared less. Let us know that no one would come fix it and we can’t move to different room. We got all of our stuff and immediately checked out.

This hotel was conveniently located and well maintained. My only complaint is I had to pay for parking.

Lovely property, parking is very convenient in the garage. Only complaint is the AC is consistently weak when I stay here - doesn’t seem to be able to keep up with Oklahoma 90 degree days and humidity.

My sink was stopped up for the duration of my stay. Upon check out when I reminded them about this, the response was “OK, thanks”. Not helpful at all on this matter.

I was traveling with my elderly mother for a short jaunt to OKC. The price was reasonable and it had overall good reviews. We were pleased with the hotel, the cleanliness and the service. Everyone was pleasant and we were easily able to check in and check out. The hotel itself is in good condition overall and the room was very nice. I do wish they had shelves in the shower stall, as some of us do have things we need to use in the shower we'd rather not have to sit on the floor of the shower. It was a short walk to the Bricktown hub, which made for easy tourist activities. You can easily walk to restaurants, music venues, the ballpark, water taxi, etc. I give it a 5 overall, but the shower thing, the limit of how high you could run the heat in the room (73 max was OK, but Mom would've liked a notch warmer) and we ran low on towels (2 night stay, no housekeeper replenishment or cleaning after 1st night, but that may be because we had the do not disturb out in the morning?). But I recommend the hotel highly for a good value, overall comfort (beds were good), cleanliness and staff.

Staff was very pleasant at check-in. Parking was a breeze and steps away from the hotel door which is nice. Room as very clean and up to date. Beds were comfy and room had black out blinds which are great . Neighbors in the adjoining room did make quite a bit of noise but the night desk staff took care of it when I complained finally at 2am. Would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed the amount of space in the room and the hip, modern decor. The room was also very clean. It would be nice to have larger bath towels. Also, there was only 1 functional elevator the night we stayed there. Finally, it was hard to get hot water in the shower.

Had a nice modern feel, great atmosphere and liked having garage parking, however location was a bit noisy in mornings and check out wasn't til noon, there were no do not disturb hangers and cleaners kept beating on door every hour after 900. Did enjoy streaming capabilities on TV and the room was accommodating if not a little small. My wife prefers shower/tub combos but all in all was satisfactory for purpose of our visit.

Amazing property. Spacious suites. Service was great. The lobby smelled amazing! Our only complaints are that we never had hot water. It was so miserable. Also the noise level is off the charts, with the street noise and the housekeeping every morning, just such loud banging around. The bar is amazing too!

Problems with requests and listed amenities
On their website they say they offer cribs/play yards and vending machines. This is not true. When I called to confirm my reservation they said they do not have cribs/play yards. I decided to bring my own for our 6 month old. That mini problem was averted. Once we arrived, we checked in and went to our room. There are no extra blankets or sheets in the room nor was our phone able to call the front desk (none of the shortcut buttons worked on our room phone). My husband walked down to the front desk to request a sheet for our pack n play. The front desk person was rude, but said they would send one to our room. We never got a sheet requested. :( On top of not receiving a sheet, there is no information on anything for the hotel. I could understand not having those things available to guests if it was stated on the hotel description/website. I’m the type of person who is diligent on reading up on what is included and available for guests. Hope this review helps others to better prepare for their stay.
