Rooms were filthy. Under beds was full of dirt & dead cockroach like beetles. Live ones still running around. Rooms were extremely hot & aircondioning inadequate. Was told to be quiet when informing reception of beetles. Not a happy stay 😣

There’s a character limit on these reviews so I can’t put in all the detail. The hotel is not easy to find The staff are extremely rude and inhelpful The rooms are dirty with smell of smoke and cigarette smoke marks on the bathroom fittings. The room was very cold and the heater did not work. Breakfast was a joke. Cereals available but no plates or milk. This place is a real dump. Don’t consider staying here. It’s not worth the price even when that’s discounted. Avoid at all costs.

With this room we got what we paid for. It was pretty shabby but we were all so tired it didn't really matter. We used this hotel as a stop on the way to somewhere else. I don't think i would want to stay here for more than 1 night.

Bring a copy of your reservation!
The automated check-in (which one is forced to use, as the reception closes in the evening) made us start all over about 5 times, after which it didn't work, and we had to call the indicated telephone number. The gentleman did come right away, but he made us pay double (as we had already paid online, which "he could not see in his system". Make sure to bring a copy of your reservation!!

Basic hotel very good for one night.
We planned a driving trip to Paris this hotel was on route. Very simple hotel but clean and friendly staff. Would not recommend a long stay there but as budget accommodation it worked perfectly for us. The surround area had a lot of shops and supermarkets so we skipped breakfast and went there. Would stay again for one night if I was driving through to Paris again.

Cheap
The cheap price should be a warning to you. Family room not suitable for a family of 3, no room to put anything, burn holes in the bedding (which would account for the stale smoke smell in the air!) third bed a bunk bed which you can't sit up in or you will hit your head! A horrible experience :(

Hotel Premiere classe -Jaux
The hotel itself was very basic (fair enough for the price), but extremely clean. The breakfast was also basic - bread and jam, however it demonstrated a taste of French cuisine. The hotel staff were amazing and helpful. The thing which shocked me was the location! For someone without a car it was awful! The buses did not function on a Sunday and it was surrounded by car show rooms and not much else! The hotel did not have tennis courts and was situated near a busy motorway - so you could not walk anywhere. The help desk was not 24 hours, after a certain time, it was a machine which would check you in. Although a nice, clean hotel, ideal for simplicity and if you have a car, I would not reccommend it for families or tourists. It is more suited for local people. The equivalent to Travelodge in England!

The hotel was clean and the rooms, though small, were adequate as was the bathroom. The staff were friendly and knew their job. There were 'modern' restaurants nearby thast sereved good food

Bijoux and compact ....but no air con !
Good hotel chain , we stayed in the Premiere Classe in Perpignan , however this hotel at Jaux had no air con working , and as the rooms are rather small without good ventilation it was a very uncomfortable night , the temp in the room got up to 98f and we had to finally open the door to get some air in . We did mention it to the receptionist on leaving , but only received a shrug of the shoulders in response. On a lighter note the roomsand sheets are clean and it is adaquate for a quick stopover

Basic, but ok for the price
Situated on an industrial estate type area on the outskirts of Compiegne, a few chain restaurants/bars within walking distance. Room basic and compact; a double bed with bunk over, small desk, compact wet-room. Clean and tidy. Breakfast was limited even for a continental version, but for the price and the fact it was all you can eat I doubt you could get much more in a town centre. We stayed here so that we could get the train into Paris instead of having to drive into the centre, which was a good thing to do.

Hôtel correct qui mérite une cure de rajeunissemen
J ai lu plusieurs avis négatifs sur cet établissement mais je voulais me rendre compte moi même. Accueil professionnel, chambre propre , correct pour le prix demandé Cet établissement a besoin effectivement d un coup de jeune , mais c est de l usure !!!! Il y a longtemps qu il est construit . Par contre les traces de pieds sur les murs comme les brûlures de cigarette , ce sont des manques de respect des usagers et non de la faute du gérant. Facile de porter des critiques !!!

Le seul point positif la literie, le reste une vrai catastrophe l'hotel est mal isolé on entends TOUT dans les chambres et même les actes des couples d'où c'est impossible de dormir et de se reposer... parlons de propreté quelques poils dans la douche + la chambre pas très propre apar le lit et ses draps. Aucune prise électrique apar pour la TV donc je ne conseil pas cette hôtel... je n'ai pas passé une nuit reposante

Très mauvais
Tres mauvaise nuit de passer : entre les personnes du dessous avec la télé a fond toute la nuit, la bagarre qu'il y a eut sur le parking a 3h du matin et les voisins d'a côté qui nous on fait par de leur ébats ! Sans parler de l'hygiène (SDB très sale, traces suspectes sur les murs la couette...) Je ne recommande pas du tout.

Ce qui fut unique? Les trente minutes toniques de jambes en l'air du voisin du dessus (vu les grincements du lit je ne suis pas sûr que celui ci ai résisté) à 4h du matin. Et le fait que personne ne soit intervenu pour que les gens fassent moins de bruit (je suis une fille à 4h du mat je ne vais pas toquer chez les gens). La saleté incrustée partout n'a pas donné envie de rester bien longtemps.

Un peu déçu
Chambre pas très propre 2 grande serviettes poser sur le lit on se demande si elle sont propre pas de tapis sorti de douche .une couette avec des trous de cigarettes peut-être faut il penser a les changer.10h vous n ete pas parti donc carte pas rendu on vien deja dans la chambre .beaucoup de chose a amélioré. Pas pratique de faire le code du portail avec la haie devant

Oud en niet zo schoon
Het was goedkoop, en de lakens waren schoon. Maar verder was het heel matig. Hele kleine kamer, hard matras, dekens ipv dekbed. Hele kleine badkamer incl toilet met een douche gordijntje. Geen toiletpapier (ivm late check in konden we dat niet vragen, gelukkig hadden we zelf mee). Twee handdoeken ipv drie. Raam kan niet open omdat je aan een galerij zit. Er was wel airco. Zelf inchecken ging makkelijk. Op de heenreis hadden we een Ibis budget, die kamer en badkamer was veel ruimer en netter en nieuwer, ik zou daar voor kiezen. Ook niet duur, meer waar voor je geld.

Pas grand chose a dire sur cet hôtel Première classe ; Il est un peu comme les autres de la même chaîne, a par que dans celui ci, les agents de ménages vous reveille à 8h30 pour savoir si la chambre est occupée...

Bruyant jusqu'a 3h30 du aux autres clients,pas de climatisation,store de la fenetre casse , pas de savon dans la douche , pas de tapis de bain , eclairage de la chambre trop violent et pas fonctionnel prix excessif pour une chambre de ce type

La climatisation est en panne et ne figure plus dans les services proposés par notre établissement, les stores sont en cours de réparation (si le fait que celui de votre chambre ne fonctionnait pas, vous aviez loisirs de demander une autre chambre), les tapis de bain ne figurent effectivement pas dans les équipements de nos chambres, pour le savon, je ne manquerai pas de demander à mon équipe d'être plus attentive à ce contrôle. Chambre sans clim 35 degres a l'interrieur . une odeur de tabac incruster dans la literie salle de bain sale . nous n'avions pas de papier toilette ni serviette de bain que nous avons du demander a l'accueil. Des ouvriers sont rester jusqu'a 3 h du matin juste devant notre porte a parler et fumer nous avions la chambre 51.tres tres dessus.
