This was a great price for what you get! It was clean, quiet and an overall nice hotel and experience. Close to the pier/downtown area. No complaints!

Clean comfortable room with clean bathroom, stale coffee and not even a bottle of water in the fridge or offered upon checking in. $200 hold is too much for someone staying there less than 10 hours. A bottle of water cost .10 cents wholesale price @costco that should be a no brainer to offer your guests

As I mentioned before, I had an issue with a person next to the entrance door. Non smokers shouldn't have to walk through smoke to come in and out of the building. There seems to be more concerns about the smell in the room than customers health.

The rooms were nice and spacious. The property is clean and several doggie bag stations in the parking lot. The desk clerks don’t say anything when you come in and out of the property. On several occasions they don’t even look up from their mobile device.

The property owner is extremely rude and will issue random additional charges last minute knowing its too late for you to find somewhere else to stay so they can profit further off of you. Old building. Needs water damages fixed. Annoying beeping all night from the office which you can't avoid. TV did not function (constantly lost signal), blood and urine on the sheets, stolen car in parking lot. I could keep going.

It was a nice place, clean and pretty well kept up. Staff were excellent. My only complaint was that the toilet seat in one of the rooms was not attached. Other than that, good place to stay.

I was a little worried based on the reviews I saw on other websites. Most people complain about the staff. Are they rude, indifferent and unwelcoming? Absolutely. But otherwise the hotel is OK as very basic accomodations.

The hotel is fine. Nothing to be afraid of. It’s in good shape. The photos are not altogether honest depictions of the property. There is not a view of the water, no breakfast, and not easy to check in.

The staff super nice and super friendly, the rooms are spacious and clean. I enjoyed doing the 200 deposit cash because you get your money right back instead of waiting days to get money back. I’m looking forward to booking with this hotel again.
