We love the convenience and budget price of this little gem of a hotel. We've always had friendly staff, 3rd time staying. The quad room is the best deal ever!! Dog Friendly at a very reasonable price with nice, big grassy area to walk them. Best in town for us!!

Never again…
This is the worse place we have ever stayed in. The heater didn’t warm the room/bathroom or us efficiently. The tv was fuzzy and wifi didn’t work. The coffee was horrid. Definitely not worth the money!

Clean and simple
We were stuck in a winter storm on our way to Denver, needed a few hours of sleep before we could go any further. It’s not fancy and the beds aren’t super comfy but it was clean, had some modern features in bathroom and was a good place to lay our heads for a few hours. I would stay again if going through the area.

The sheets were ruff, the bathtub was clean but the floor of tub was bubbling up, no coffee , and tv didn’t work . Place was clean just not fully functioning

Louis and his wife could not have been more accommodating and friendly. Property has been renovated so even though it is an older property it was clean and comfortable.

This is an old building but well maintained. The air conditioner couldn’t keep up and we had to plunge the toilet twice. But was right for the price and a single night.

Great little hotel at a great price with parking a few feet from your door. Pet fee only $15 for the stay (not per day) with nice grassy area to take them out. Friendly staff, restaurant on site, easy walking distance to other rooms, nice covered outdoor sitting area with grill, sink, etc...

Like. I requested some things be fixed and they were tended to promptly. The room was clean and comfortable. I actually spent time sleeping, which doesn't often happen in a strange motel. Bad: The room was icy cold when I got there. It took awhile for it to warm up. The toilet didn't flush when I arrived. See good comments.

The Frontier was great. Spacious room with very comfortable beds. The owners went out of their way to take care of us. They were sprucing the place with new paint.

Great location and views.
Convenient downtown location with beautiful mountain views. Close to shopping, dining, and ski resorts. Unfortunately, no breakfast is served.

Nicely refurbished
This little place was a gem. Our room was refurbished nicely, especially the bathroom. We wished we’d have gone into the room when we first checked in to start the air conditioner, because once we did go in, it took a while to cool off. Other than that, it was a nice stay.

The heater and ac unit was not able to control. Shut it off and would get cold. Turn it on was very loud. It had no low speed or no way to keep it on. So on, off all night long. No extra blankets to help.

Very disappointed with my experience with this hotel. The room was NOT clean and smelled really funky! The shower head didn’t even reach my chest and the mirror in the bathroom is meant for a giant. The icing on the cake was when I was checking out. I had a friend helping me get my bags out of the room and his dog stepped foot in the room for literally a minute (the dog was not staying at the hotel). The front desk lady and her mother I’m assuming ran outside and started yelling across the parking lot that I now owed her a pet fee! Your much better off spending a few more dollars and staying down the road. BEWARE!
