The staff was excellent and attentive. The hotel was clean and very safe. The assistance with obtaining a taxi was so helpful! We enjoyed walking down to neighboring areas to find a bite to eat or shop. It’s located not far from the zocalo. We will definitely stay here again!

Oaxaca stay
The hotel was well placed. The only downside is being on the highway. (Unfortunately we were in the corner room). Otherwise the hotel was very good and the staff and cleanliness were great!

We have stayed at this property whenever we go to Oaxaca City which is at least 4-5 times per year for the last 5 years and have always rated it 4-5 stars. It is in a safearea with great parking and security and usually very quiet. The property and price point are excellent as well as the staff and pool area. Breakfasts are wonderful and the selections for the breakfast menu are robust. This last stay which was 1/10-12/2024, they were renovating rooms on the floor above us and the construction workers began working at 9:30 AM and stopped work around 6:00 PM, so that did not disturb us. However, they did not stop work until 9:30 PM the last night we were there. I called down to complain about the hammering and drilling noises that kept us awake and how we had a 7:00 am flight the following morning and were trying to sleep. The receptionist reported our complaint to security and they went to the 6th floor and shut down the renovation work for the night. They hotel staff are very responsive to any request being made of them. They stopped the work and all was quiet within 10 minutes of our call. Although the noise should not have been occurring they resolved the situation within 10 minutes of it being reported! That’s what I call excellent service!

Excellent place, but the room I was given needs updating, it was old and in need of remodeling. But staff was some of the best I ever had, especially the bell boys.

The check in process was pretty improper. The receptionist could not understand English and the conditions of the rooms were pretty old. They need renovations. The air conditioner was wall attached one and it didn't function properly. Next time I don't want to stay this hotel.

Hotel is very nice and staff is friendly. Although it’s moderately close to downtown; 20-30min walk, think hotel can be benefit having its own hotel shuttle. Maybe making rounds to a pick-up point to facilitate going and returning to hotel.

The hotel was very nice and the location was walkable to beautiful neighborhoods like Xochimilco and Jalatlaco. The pool was fun for my little one and it was convenient to have a restaurant available. The view at the restaurant was also very nice. The only critique I’d give is that the service was incredibly slow. The restaurant, asking for any service like towels. Maybe they were short staffed the days I was there but other than that we really enjoyed staying there.

We selected this hotel expecting a gym whixh was closed for the entire time we were there. No reason was given. The one elevator was very slow the other was out of service. The toilet backed up twice even after they came to plunge it. The location was good. The room was good and there was a big smart tv

My overall experience fine. The valet and service people were friendly with a smile on their face. Where I had a negative experience was around the room and booking. I paid for a premium room because I needed access to an elevate. When we arrived, the front desk stated the room was on the 7th floor which did not have access to the elevator since it only goes up to 6th. I reluctantly took another room which cost less since again we needed access to an elevator and could not use the stairs. The smaller room was cheaper and to my disbelief, they informed me I would not receive the difference. I gave up $50 paid up front, took a less accommodating room all because their elevator did not work properly.
