The front desk was awesome!! Went to my room it was dirty they moved me right away. Now for the property oh my!! A homeless woman sitting out front. The noise was horrible people with loud music and cars speeding around. The security made me feel a little better , but all in all wouldn’t stay again

Inside the building and in the room was very clean and everybody who worked there was very nice but the surrounding area is very dirty and dangerous and with all the construction going on and the potholes in the roadway it didn't seem like it's in a great location. But again if you just there for a night like I was it's fine

During my stay, right outside my window police raided a car and arrested two individuals. Then around 2in the morning a tow truck was in the property for about 30 minutes making noise.

It’s a stretch to call it a hotel. There were people outside our room constantly chatting, taking stuff out of their cars. Room was dirty. It smelled weed throughout the property. Overall a bad experience.

The room smelled bad and there was ventilation. Service is mediocre. It also seems like most of the hotel is actually affordable housing?

A map of the hotel would have made it easier to find our room. Otherwise the staff were friendly and helpful, the bed was super comfortable, and the shower was nice and hot. We parked our car on property for the week that we were gone and really liked that the parking lot was gated with a guard posted at the front. The guards were diligent about screening people before they entered the lot. Lastly, the location is very close to the Oakland Airport which is one of our favorites to fly from. It is convenient, easy to navigate and much less stressful than San Francisco.

Upon arrival, a security guard was at the main entrance asking if I was checking in, to which I replied with a yes, and he got my vehicle information. I parked then proceeded to check in. I put my stuff in my room then left. However, when returning a few hours later, the people next door to me were loud and seemed like they wouldn't stop. So, I called the front desk and explained the situation. I was able to switch rooms, and it was much quieter for me. I'd definitely stay at this hotel again, because both rooms were clean and quiet (except the 1st one), they have security, ample parking and close to the freeway and airport, if you need it.

The Radisson Hotel was very clean and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. I arrived late as the restaurant was closing, but they still took my order and made me a fantastic dinner. I loved that the hotel was close and conveniently located near the Oakland Airport.

We were in room 110, the door was messed up it didnt close on its own. So maybe look at that.

Beds were comfortable but if I would have known this was more like an upgraded motel 6 I wouldn’t have chosen this hotel. Room smelled like smoke. Beware breakfast you have to pay for it in lounge not included .

The only thing I am disappointed with is the shuttle services. Hotel shuttle from the airport should be 24 hours. Shuttle pickup ends at 11 pm. I got in half hour after . Uber is 21.00

Hotel was mediocre, but area around it is completely downtrodden and unsafe. Furthermore, property charged me more than what Expedia said the stay would cost under the "reserve now, pay later option." Although I was told I would be refunded the difference with my deposit, I have yet to receive it. If you're looking for a place to stay in the Bay Area, fork over the extra $50-$100 to stay at a nicer location.

Ice machines were broke. I stayed in a non-smoking section weed smoke everywhere couldn’t get extra towels just ridiculous and I left my iPhone charger trying to get out of there
