Walking distance from the ballpark!! Great price. IHOP was next door. Pool was small but did the job! Rooms were nice and clean. Hallway carpet on second floor had an odor (needs to be cleaned or changed).

The first night we stayed was absolutely ridiculous and miserable. The next day they did move me in to a different room and while that did eliminate some of our issues we still continued to deal with laziness of staff as well as dirty common areas. At one point I got stuck in the main bathroom across the way from the pool with no toilet paper. When we needed toilet paper replenished in our room, the front desk did not answer the phone at all. When we went to the front desk, the dude didn’t hear us half the time cause he was watching a movie on his phone with both of his air pods in. 1/4inch to 1/2 inch gaps under the door that went in to the room from the hallways created a noise issue. The bathroom doors didn’t lock in the rooms either. The original room we had the toilet paper holder was broken. There was a nail sticking out of the floor and through the carpet in the original room that we kept finding with our feet. I do want to point out that the lady I spoke with on my first morning when we switched rooms was fantastic. She was helpful and handled my disappointment well. But outside of that one lady, It was just the small things that added up. This hotel gives the brand an awful example. I know that there are other sleepinn hotels out there that are way better than this one. But this hotel was a complete waste of money. I would have been more comfortable camping in a tent. At least in a tent I would have expected

Carpet FILTHY! One luggage cart for the whole place. I had to make several trips to carry things down because husband is handicapped and unable to. Handicapped room is way down the hall ( hard to walk). Bathtub is very high (can't lift leg that high).

This facility is not being properly maintained. Our room had damaged furniture, the smoke alarm was hanging from the ceiling, there was a disgusting smell in the bathroom, and it needs to be cleaner. If you want a cheap room I might stay here but this is a $65/night facility. No forks available at breakfast?! No spoon for the eggs?! Spend a little money and this place could be much nicer.

The room was fine. Beds comfortable. Bathroom door lock broken. Staff courteous. The breakfast was inadequate. We paid to eat out. The hot chocolate box remained empty all week. There was only bread the first day. If you wanted toast you had to ask for an employee to bring you a couple of pieces out of the pantry. No apple juice. Limited creamer. Eggs werent quite cooked and the sausage patties were covered with grease. No fruit or muffins. I went next door and ordered at IHOP. That should have been deducted from my 4 days. I had asked for no maid service the first day. But we used the same 2 towels all week and I had to go to the front desk to ask for a roll of toilet paper. Again the staff was pleasant, but the amenties were not up to standards.

The outside was very nice but inside is a different story. All the carpets needed to be cleaned or replaced. There was a lot of little things that was wrong with it. I would never stay there again.

Check in went fine, but my room was not clean. There was actually blood in the sink, no extra toilet paper only one washcloth and two towels there was supposed to have been two people not even enough linens for two people. Booked this room because it offered a hot tub. When I got there it was a jacuzzi tub. Which was alright. Upon inspection there was still hair in the tub. I cleaned that up and proceeded to fill up the tub. As the excitement of getting in and relaxing was getting close. I pushed the button to turn it on and to my surprise it was broke. So i just sat there in a huge tube full of hot water looking stupid. I literally paid up for a room with a broken jacuzzi/hot tub. They need to change the advertisement for this room and have people working that can actually answer you questions.

Shower had slippery scum on floor and appeared to have been there for quite some time. Shower door was hinged to the wrong wall making access very difficult. Front desk clerk totally untrained to handle a simple problem and, when manager arrived, was also unprepared to handle the problem claiming lack of knowledge on operating the computer. Overall it was a miserable experience and to top it all off they double billed my credit card and told me only Expedia could resolve the problem.

Walls in room had whatever it was on them, maybe dirt, food or booger. Beds were comfortable, pillows need upgrade to a full size pillow. I not 2 years old im grown and want a full size pillow. Lady at front desk was rude.

This was the most horrible stay in my life. - I got bug (likely bed bug) bites on my arms while sleeping on the bed. - I found mouse traps on the carpet. - The bathroom smell bad. - The fridge made griding noise. - They charge $20 for a dog, not $10. And they charged me $40 for my dog. They said they would refund, but I haven't received it yet. - Most of all, the manger was irresponsible, and she never apologized for the problems.
