Had more than enough night staff and they were helpful, but next day morning in the reception there was a young staff member who was managing the reception on his own could not even understand what I said, how to reply or speak English and how to print the closing bill to say there is nothing outstanding because I paid the dinner money when we had the meal and rest of the bill was already paid up front. This staff member running round in circle not knowing what to do and wasted almost more than 45 minutes of our time and made our day VERY, VERY MISERABLE... This should not be acceptable for a four star Hotel and I hope you consider paying for the inconvenience caused by your staff!!!
