The Westin was definitely a five star hotel. The staff were friendly and provided great customer service during my stay. Special thank you to Andre who personally assisted me whenever I had any issues. He was WONDERFUL! The Westin is blessed to have him there. The food options were excellent. Excellent service from all staff. The largest variety of breakfast I ever experienced in my life. However, classical dishes were not that tasty. The cooks require training in Europe to get real flavours into the dishes.
