Listed as 3 star but a 2 at best. Only breakfast available and limited selection. Entrance not very inviting and if disabled access is difficult if cars parked, and steps with no slopes down to pool and beach area. Beach full of sports boats and not really inviting to look at. Villa with pool, the access steps are difficult would need flat steps and short distances to climb. More sunbed around the pool only 8 available. Wifi hit and miss especially around the pool areas. Noise from hotel next door is sometimes annoying and the building work going on at the Apollo sports shed. Restaurants close by are good. All in all disappointed with our hotel facilities.

I would stay here again. The staff went above and beyond, they were very friendly and could not do enough for you. Our rooms were cleaned very well every day and the breakfast was good.

The room was wonderfully spacious and the bed was very big. Tastefully appointed. Great view. Truly wonderful staff. Excellent breakfasts. Only drawback was that the airconditioning was a bit noisy, but still bearable. It certainly worked well. Very good balcony size.

The villa was nice but no room to move around the pool. Rooms need an upgrade. Limited breakfast choice. No restaurant no room service. It was right on the beach so that’s a plus. Not a lot of shops or dining places to choose from.

Benoa Sea Suits & villa not a 4 star hotel
Extremely disappointing, the photos that are posted are stunning however the reality is no where near as shown. For the rate charged this is an outrageous fallacy. Car park is literally in the main lobby, and getting to the hotel is a ride through rubbish. Rooms were clean but seriously outdated. We spent one night and left for a 5 star hotel that charged less than the Benoa Sea Suits. People working at the hotel were terrific but we couldn’t justify the price versus the amenities.

Beyond our expectation, its really comfortable and you’ll enjoy your stay. Location so close with Benoa water sport, just take a walk 100 metres, you’ll reach beach and select your water sport activity.

This hotel was by the beach, I love the pool as it wasn't crowded at all. We got the sea view from our balcony. It wasn't that wow as expected but you could still see a little of the waves. The room was big so that was a plus. They also had a balcony where you can air your wet clothing. Breakfast was delivered to the room and they were on time for it. The only downside was the towels... they weren't very clean as they had stains on it. There were ants in the room as well, I think that came from the plants. The room was not soundproof, therefore, you could hear what's going on outside and across the road. Overall, if you're not too picky, it's still a decent hotel.

Excellent, beauty and comfortable, nice beach walk after ebb, nearly 1 km walk to cliff. But just the toilet back side a little dirty, hope that next time will more better.

Food poisoning beware

Nice clean, big rooms. There is beach access but the beach area is dirty and smelly. The hotel overall is awesome. They were accommodating enough to wait for me due my late arrival of 1am.

We booked this hotel because of the jacuzzi outside. The room looked okay, it's big but not clean. Towels and bedsheets had stains all over them. We tried the jacuzzi, but it was full of bugs and worms, so we cleaned it ourselves. When we turned it on there was an awful smell, drain like, and more worms and insects were coming out... So, jacuzzi was useless. There are some restaurants and shops nearby, but not as many as other places like Seminyak or Ubud. The beach is full of trash and not good for swimming. We tried to go to the pool for once, but there weren't enough beds, so we mostly stayed in the room, as there was nothing to do.

Das Hotel hat eine gute Lage, tolle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt neben dem Hotel. Das Zimmer war neuwertig, wurde zwar täglich nass gewischt, dennoch lag vier Tage lang ein Wattestäbchen unter dem Nachttisch und die Ecken waren staubig. Beim Frühstück auf dem Zimmer gab es eine große Auswahl und es war immer frisch und reichlich

Vietimme täällä viisi yötä. Halusimme huoneen merinäköalalla ja tämä majoitus vaikutti sopivan siihen täydellisesti, koska parvekkeella lisänä yksityinen poreamme. Saimme merinäköala huoneen toisesta kerroksesta, mutta kolmen yön jälkeen viemärimme tukkiutui ja meidät siirrettiin yhdeksi yöksi villaan, josta ei ollut ei ollut merinäköalaa, mutta kiva pieni yksityinen uima-allas. Viimeiseksi yöksi pääsimme takaisin merinäköala huoneeseen ylimpään kerrokseen, mutta täällä oli häiritsevä viemärin haju. Siisteys ei muutenkaan ollut huoneissa kovin korkealla tasolla. Pyyhkeissä ja lakanoissa tahroja. Yhteinen uima-allas ok. Aamupalassa ei ollut kehumista, mutta se tuotiin kuitenkin joka aamu veloituksetta huoneeseen, tilaus täytyi jättää edellisenä iltana respaan.

價值相宜的Pivate Pool Villa
我們選了最大的房型, 也只是HKD$1000 一晚, 私人泳池不算小, 房間很精美舒適, 員工很友善, 加錢還有floating breakfast, 唯獨是我們2 天的早餐也來遲20 分鐘左右, 如果是趕時間出門的話會失預算, 而且有一天早餐選擇給錯了.
