"My husband had a heart attack in our room on arrival on the 26th April...from the young Receptionist at 3a.m. in the morning to the instant assistance and Ambos, reviving him outside the llifts on the 8th floor...everything was simply amazing...I cannot speak highly enough of the General Manager, she assisted me in every way, offering alternative parking and a lower room rate due to my necessity to stay for many extra days....all assistance was available and I shall always be extremely grateful"
