"This is our "go-to" home when we visit family in the Baldwin area. Always clean, good lighting, spacious enough for suitcases & enough outlets for electronics, good complete breakfast, clean pool area. Back side of hotel looks out into rural woods -- no neighbors! Many of the desk personnel greet us like old friends after several visits, and are helpful & friendly. I want to commend a newer employee Cheyenne on the 2nd shift -- we needed a little extra bedding to secure a 3-year-old in one...

"The free breakfast was very bad, there was actually moldy bread, very empty at all times and the breakfast area was not busy with others. Rented a roll away bed and could not sleep on it because the mattress was so bad that it was like sleeping with no mattress. Otherwise, everything else had no complaints to it "

"The place was clearly in rough shape not terribly long ago. The owners are doing some great things with this property and I would certainly stay there again. "

"We stayed a few days and did not have anyone offer to empty the trash etc so the room was very cluttered by the end of our stay. Lack of elevator and ice machine for the second floor are to be noted. Only aware or laundry facilities from overhearing another guest as upon check in we were not made aware of many offerings. "
