"I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hampton Inn Houston-Brookhollow, and I can confidently say it was one of the most enjoyable hotel experiences I’ve had in quite some time. From the moment I arrived, everything about this stay exceeded my expectations. Whether you’re traveling for business, a family trip, or just passing through the Houston area, this hotel checks all the boxes for comfort, convenience, and outstanding service. First and foremost, the staff truly made this stay exceptional. From the front desk team to the housekeeping staff, every single person I encountered was friendly, professional, and genuinely welcoming. Check-in was quick and smooth, and I was greeted with a warm smile and helpful information about the property. It’s clear that customer service is a top priority here, and it really shows. Anytime I had a question or needed assistance, the staff went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. That level of hospitality makes a huge difference and sets this location apart from many others. The suite I stayed in was another highlight of my visit. It was incredibly spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed. There was plenty of room to relax, work, and unwind without ever feeling cramped. The bed was extremely comfortable, providing a great night’s sleep after long days. The living area offered additional seating and space, which made it feel more like a small apartment than a typical hotel room. Everything was well-maintained."

"When I checked in, the staff told me after giving me the key that the elevator did not work an He d I would have to take the stairs up to my room. The stairwell was dirty with soda cans and bottles. The hallway to the room was hot, smelly and had some trash. The initial room I was given had an odor, the TV was on and one of the beds looked touched. There were towels and water on the floor like someone had just left the room. I went down to let the front desk know and to show pictures and he said "I believe you." He just assigned another room and offered a drink from the fridge for the inconvenience. The next room had a smell and seemed damp and dank. We were tired and just made do with that room. The next morning I asked for extra towels and the desk attendant told me I had to wait for housekeeping to take my used towels to give me fresh ones. That took a very long time and we needed to bathe to get out of the door for an event. I didn't eat any breakfast because they were mopping around the eating area and it smelled funny. Overall, not a great experience for a $100 a night room. The pictures and reviews online are deceiving. I was not pleased and will not be returning."

"Excellent stay! The hotel is in a great location with convenient access to nearby attractions, restaurants, and shopping. The property was very well maintained, and everything was clean and in great condition throughout my visit. The amenities were fantastic and made the stay even more enjoyable. From check-in to check-out, everything exceeded my expectations. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay."

"My stay was okay overall, but there were a few issues that affected my experience. The room had a noticeable odor that smelled like dog urine, which was unpleasant upon arrival. The shower also appeared to be improperly installed or maintained—the water was coming out of both the shower head and the connector, causing water to splash everywhere during use. Additionally, the air conditioning took quite a while to cool the room down, and the beds were not very comfortable. On a positive note, the staff was friendly and courteous throughout my stay, which I appreciated. With some improvements to room maintenance and comfort, this hotel could provide a much better guest experience."

"I’ve stayed here a few times and it’s always extremely clean which I appreciate. The staff is very kind and helpful and the lobby is inviting. I wish there was tiny bit more variety at breakfast but other than that small thing, I will continue to come here."
