Very central and walking distance to IGA and shops. Rooms clean and loved having a full kitchen and washing machine and dryer in the room. Staff very friendly 5star recommend 👌

Great location easy driving distance to Cataract Gorge. Room was clean and tidy. IGA was right next door which handy for popping down and getting snacks for the kids. We had dinner in the bistro and could not fault the meal! Staff were lovely and food came out fast, theres even an indoor playground for kids at bistro! Really appeciated the laundry on site although had to go to nearby bottle shop for coins to use $4 each for washing and drying. Only negative was the pool and spa. There wasnt really a step to get up and into the spa which was weird. Also, the pool was a bit unique with the shape/depth so i was a little nervous about our toddler going in the deep end which was actually in the middle of the pool.

It was convenient for the purpose of my visit to Launceston. The receptionist was pleasant and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, except I always wonder why the bed has to be so tightly tucked in. I pulled out the sheet completely loose to be able to get in the bed. I roast under doonas, so I was cold with just the sheet over me or was too hot with the doona over me. I would have liked just one blanket instead. No suggestion of B&B. The cost of it was more than I felt was value for my need, but, let's face it, it was set up to accommodate a couple and two kids.
