"It was in a great location. I did find that the staff was kind -but our first room was very noisy because of the air conditioning- it was impossible for us to sleep… we changed rooms. there was also certainly miscommunication between the staff and managers- we had extended our stay and confirmed with the staff when checked in and again when we changed rooms - but we got a message telling us to move our stuff (after confirming we were there one more night) we were given a message to call the manager but after many calls that went to voicemail- we had to leave an event that we had been looking forward to all year to go and “fix” the room situation.
We took an uber each way at our expense to do this. There was a bit of an apology but it just was so frustrating and disappointing to have to deal with this! And really nothing was offered to compensate for this odd situation."
"Old dirty towels. Staff very rude at front desk. Their own staff didn’t know the parking fee for like what the machine charges, but the hotel charge differently and I had you go figure out how much I have to pay."
"Great place to stay convenient to travel to many places. I had booked yours and hotel provided pick up and drop off at this hotel. This was excellent. Ordered room service on one of the evenings sbd the quality of food was outstanding.
Lots of great eating places all ranges of prices near the hotel. Brilliant location.
Only criticism was on arrival I was not told how to use the lift to access room floor. Another customer helped as there was a sequence of how to do this. Just needed to be told once. I found myself helping other new customers when they arrived and looked confused. This needs to be addressed and staff trained to show or provide instructions. I would recommend to all."
