The place was being remodeled so there were a few things we could use. And the pool and hot tub were shut down permanently. Other then that it was a good place.

It was apparent that the hotel is no longer held by Shilo and seems to be possibly locally owned. However, the front desk employee was pleasant and kind. The rooms were as expected for the price point. I did enjoy the comfort of the bed, along with a very effective air conditioner to cool the room for a comfortable sleep. I feel it matches the price point and with some TLC here and there it would only be more upside.

The hotel was under construction but it wasn’t too bad. Hallway smelled of cigarettes even though this was a non smoking facility. The tv was so old and worn out it barely worked and the toilet didn’t flush fully in the first flush. Took about 3 times to fully flush.

Under construction and they said all work stops at 6. Works were painting and installing carpet and working till 8pm. Several rooms near me had dogs and they would bark everytime you walk down the hall or walk across your hotel room floor.

Property being remodeled. No pool or gym. Gym is important to me. Good location, across the street from a Fred Myers and there is a gas station in the parking lot. They have you sign a contract that there is a $350 fine if you smoke, etc. Never had to sign something like this for a hotel or motel.

The sign out front was not lit at night. Difficult to see, and we passed by the place twice before finding it. There were garbage cans and buckets in the hallways catching water. The pool and hot tub are permanently closed, and they no longer offer breakfast.

Good bed..not much more
The room was adequate to sleep in. Many facilities were done or in repair. They did not clean the room unless you stay for one week. The place is run down and lots of construction going on.

It was excellent, the room has everything you needed and very little that you didn’t. The room was clean and spacious. We knew there were families staying there but it was quiet. The beds were comfortable, we would stay there again. Highly recommended.

The room was large, clean, quiet and comfortable. We were a little disappointed that the facility no longer offers a continental breakfast or any type of food in the morning like advertised when we made the reservation. They stopped serving a continental breakfast a couple of weeks ago.

We booked here because they had a swimming pool and hot tub. When we got there we found out the hot tub is permanently closed. The swimming pool is really dirty and the ceiling in the pool room is green with mold or mildew. The water drips of the moldy ceiling into the pool. We got in for about a half a second. Seen how gross it was and left. Pretty disappointed for our anniversary. The staff was very nice and friendly. The rooms and bed were clean. The mattress are very hard. Won't stay here again.

The so called, "Free Breakfast, " was laughable! For the money it costs for a basic room, they could do much better at providing a REAL breakfast! COVID is far behind us, yet we were told that they hadn't gotten around to seeing up the actual breakfast room.

This is definitely a property beyond it's prime and desperately needs an update. The hot tub is permanently out of order, which is announced on a blackboard that also informs you that absolutely no cats are allowed and they are also no longer taking cash. The cat message was repeated on several printed out signs hung liberally throughout the lobby. No USB ports anywhere, and if the toilet was any lower I would suspect handrails would be required to get up and down. All in all, I've been to worse places, but for what they're charging, I've certainly been to better.
