The gentleman who checked me in on the evening of 3/31 was so friendly and helpful. He made sure that I liked my room and that I felt safe in my location. My room was perfect. I was on the 5th floor. I couldn't ask for better service! My room was perfect, the breakfast was really nice. I didn't get to use the pool so I can't say anything about that. But based on my experience, I'm sure it was fantastic.
