As someone who spends much time on the road, I can say this is a comfortable place. Friendly helpful staff. Is this the Grande Hyatt, or The Gaylord? no. But I would recommend it to anyone on a budget but still needs a quiet respectable place.

It's an older property but maintained well the staff was very friendly and what I really like the other papers were quiet and respectful. I have stated many national brand hotels they were disappointing. I will stay here again.

It was a place to lay my head, but no i didnt feel safe even in north canton. It was cleanish, it smelled old. They definitely need some upgrades but overall it wasnt the worst.

The room was not anywhere close to what was shown on the website. I ordered a King size bed, but we got 2 double beds - I never saw a person at the front desk to tell them after we checked in the 3 nights we were there. The room was in bad shape - stains on the walls and carpet, all outlets only had 1 receptacle that worked, the bed lamp on/off knob was broken, the bathroom walls were beat up and the tub had rust all over it. There was an old gallon of milk left in the fridge. The hallways smelled like weed the entire time. Would not recommend this place to anyone!!

I booked to have two double bed and got a king . I asked if I could switch to a room with double beds .was told no double bed are available. I asked why my reservation was changed I was told changes were made by owner

Overall the stay was fine. Was not expecting much but overall it was fine. Convenient location for my needs. Cost was excellent. Only negatives I really had was the carpet in room had stain and the bed was very hard uncomfortable. Almost like I was sleeping on box spring. I would stay again by myself

Well as soon as you turn in and see the window cracked, shattered and ripped up curtains, two people dealing drugs ya wanna clearly change your mind which I did. I did not and could not bring myself to stay there!! Being out the 50 bucks but I wasn't risking it

The bathub was RUSTY, the bed was very uncomfortable, the room looked ir hadn't been painted in decades, no fresh bedding or towels for the 2nd night stay. You definitely get what you pay for. I won't be staying there again 🙄

What more can I say other than that authorities are encouraged to visit that facility and see for themselves. I paid for a non smoking room but my room was heavily filled with cigarettes smoking odor. Too bad!

They gave me a smaller room then what I paid for there was dogfood on floor by wall there was a plate of food under the bed there was dirty socks in the dresser and dirty underwear under the TV stand tried to take a shower they came up and asked me to stop the water was leaking into the room below they didn't try and change my room or accommodate me for it and I went downstairs to get ice opened the ice machine and the smell about made me puke it was full of trash not to mention people were doing and selling drugs out of the hotel in fact the hotel was raided by the police 2 weeks later for drugs never again hands down worst hotel I ever been to believe me when I say those pictures are deceiving must of been took over 60 yrs ago when the hotel was built and it hasn't been cleaned or updated since

Very spacious room. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom needed a little updating and the windows needed better curtains but overall I was very pleased with the room, the price, and facility. Will stay here in the future and recommend to others.

Deceiving photographer
I booked the room because of the cost mainly, but also because the photographs looked really good and clean. Should have known better, but gave it a chance. Room was filthy, holes in the walls, ac did not work, television only had half of the channels described, and there was no phone in the room. The couple below me screamed and cussed each other for 30 minutes solid until I went down and spoke to the clerk who KNEW it was occurring, but was afraid to do anything. Had to do it myself and threaten to call the police. And to beat all of this, on THIS review it is preventing me from uploading pictures of the room and the hotel in general.

It was made out to be a nice place by using old pictures...the place was nothing like the pictures....the shower was awful...the room completely wreaked of a foul smell...it smelled like weed in the hallway n there was noone at the hotel from 10pm to 10am to assist our needs n problems the sheets had long hairs on them

Borderline Tolerable
OK for a night or two. Older, worn hotel. My bed area was clean, tv was good, bed was comfy. Bathroom wasn't cleaned. Skid marks in toilet, hair shavings on toilet rim and in shower, crumbs and dirt on floor, food splatters in microwave. I'll spend the extra $20 and stay elsewhere next time.

It was not up to date, but clean. It was a good 1 night stay. She messed up with my room so she let me look at new room to make sure it was good for me. The tv remote didn’t work. The fan in bathroom sounded like it was going to fall off (very loud.) There was some red stuff on the walls. Air conditioner looked like it was broken. It was cheap and it was good enough for a 1 night stay for me.

The staff was all very accommodating and friendly. I am in between homes and staying here long term (several weeks) and this place has been a lifesaver for us. It's clean, quiet, safe, and everything we need right now. I have my service dogs with me and they have been wonderful about accommodating us with them and nobody has been rude about them being here (yes that's happened at multiple other hotels in the past). They even have a special room for people with service dogs (pets are NOT allowed here) that has hardwood floors which is great for cleanup. There's a small fridge and full size microwave and a little kitchenette area which is wonderful. Now, I will tell you that if you're expecting the Hilton for this price you're going to be disappointed, but if you're looking for a clean, safe, quiet place to spend the night (or even long-term) for a great price then this is the place for you.
