The rooms are dated but are kept tidy and clean. Our first night there was an issue with the smoke alarm but was promptly fixed once we reported the issue. The proximity from the pool to the ocean is one of the best we seen. The beach area is clean. staff were always pleasant and helpful

Absolutely no hot water for showers. An apology they were going to fix it but continued having no hot water our entire stay. This was my 70th birthday celebration and i was very disappointed. I called IHG and they said they would have the property manager call mè and he did not call. We stayed here in the past and at other property’s and this property is showing significant decline now. Elevators were constantly breaking down.

Lack of hot water for several days. Compensation only being given for one day. Also very hard to get into ocean as there is a steep drop in the sand upon entering and then walking on slimy seaweed. My husband who has back and balance issues could only use the pool. Also the hot tubs were lukewarm tubs. Did not take all inclusive plan and choices were limited and very expensive. However, staff was great. Smitty at beach, Nikki at lobby bar and Berenice our housekeeper.

Excellent location on Palm beach. Very nice beach. Rooms a bit dated but overall a nice experience. Great location for shopping a great variety of restaurants nearby.

We had a great stay in Aruba at the Holiday Inn. The hotel was very clean and in a great location. The staff was very nice but very scarce. It was difficult to find help when needed. There was nobody around the pool/beach area for help or even any kind of drink or food service which was very surprising to me. I am not disappointed in our stay and I would go back, I guess I just thought there would be more assistance and/or service around.

The property is in a great location but if you are staying at this resort you must make sure you are not in the Sea Tower. There is a night club next to that tower and the bass/music shakes the entire building until 2am. They moved us but we had to check out at noon and didn’t have a room until almost 4pm.

The property is VERY dated but the location is exceptional. However, there are much nicer places to stay near by. We had to change rooms after the first night because the noise in the Sea Tower was insane. Our whole room was shaking until 2:00am. The pool area is nice but the chairs are all falling apart and dirty. Again. Stay somewhere else.

Hotel is perfectly located around numerous great restaurants! Pool is kept decent. Hotel and rooms like many others have shared are very dated. No bar servers coming to your pool or beach chairs to serve you. All in all even though the hotel rooms and hallways are dated. We would consider coming back. Aruba was a bucket list destination and it did NOT disappoint.

The property is very outdated but I guess you get what you pay for but the beach chairs were all not only dirty but ripped and damaged. I also don’t mind paying for an umbrella but $50 for a small umbrella was a bit much. The staff was nice but they really need to update and get some new beach chairs and bigger beach towels. Again staff was great has nothing to do with them but I would not stay again.

Half of the beach chairs were broken, the bathroom was completely disgusting and it was no bigger than a shoe box. The toilet was a foot off the ground and the shower was very dirty. The room itself, well the walls are very thin.
