Barcelo Aruba is a very nice place but the all inclusive part is a little over rated. One thing I noticed is that after the lobby lounge bar finished a bottle of liquor they wouldn’t open a new bottle that night. I think that was really cheap on there part being that you have a place that’s pretty much fully occupied. The other thing is that I was very upset to go up to my room while it was being cleaned and over heard one of the ladies complaining to one of the other ladies about how these people don’t care about them. I did forget to leave a tip for the room service and I approached her while she was closing my room door and told her that I’m sorry. I gave her $5 and a hug and told her that I appreciate their hard work. When I entered the room the bed wasn’t made and she didn’t replace all the towels that I’m suppose to have. If you been to an all inclusive resort in Aruba you know how much it cost. It’s a very expensive trip to go on. The room wasn’t worth the money I paid for it. The soap dispenser didn’t work, the ceiling fan didn’t work, the ironing board was a mini bed one, the hair dryer suck, the vent for the AC filter had a annoying rattle noise, the door chest that the tv was on was falling off and the room service didn’t bother dusting as well. The pool drinks are watered down and not worth drinking.
