"The staff are friendly. Wish more of them can speak in English. The driver not knowing English is a problem. The Security Manager, Room Service staff and front desk staff are excellent and helpful. Food is good. Not many activities within walking distance but the security manager assisted me to get transportation."

"When i checked in I was offered a servant quarters a room very dirty and dusty with no air conditoning. I was told the next day we will put you in different room. As it was late the manager had left. When the security guard called him he even refused to speak and didnt offer any alternatives or assistance. The hotel location is also not convenient."
