Elevator going only till 3 floor but it is a 5 floor building, they laying about free parking and because of that I payed a ticket

We apologize for any inconvenience you experienced with the elevator. You have to understand that the building is of historical significance, and this has limited us in expanding the elevator to reach all floors. However, we have ensured that our premium room guests enjoy direct access to their floor for added convenience. Our dedicated concierge service is also available to assist with luggage, making your journey to your room more pleasant.Regarding parking, we sincerely regret any miscommunication about the availability of free parking. Our free parking spaces are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, as we are located in the city center where there are limited parking places on the street. We typically do not receive complaints when guests choose to park with a charge, as the fee is around 35 cents an hour.We genuinely appreciate your feedback, and we will work on improving our communication to avoid any future misunderstandings. Excellent receptionist on both days, there were really helpful especially as I had to cut my trip short by one day.. Eventhough the sink was cracked and the plug in it didn’t raise, I thoroughly enjoy the quirkiness of the hotel. I’d go again.

Nice, small, good service!
Staff is very nice and always there to help. We were given a free upgrade to a nice room. Rooms are clean and comfy, hotel was a little hard to find but it made it a fun adventure. Good location, was able to walk everywhere. Good stuff

The Hotel is located very centrally, within walking distance to the pedestrian zone and the Fortress. The staff is extremely helpful and went way and beyond to make us feel welcome. If needed, they also offer help with your bags since you have to walk up a one flat of stairs.

Stylish, modern hotel at central location
Hotel is centrally located and the names and decoration of the rooms are very unique and stylish. Check-in went smoothly, the room was nice and comfortable, except for the bed which was too soft for me. Unfortunately I’m quite sensitive for that, and thus had a mild back-pain when I woke up the next morning. The breakfast was okay, but nothing spectacular. Considering the low number of rooms, that’s understandable. I had to wait some time (5-10 mins) at check-out, as there was something up with the car keys of one of the other guests.
