Good but used to be better
I stayed here in June and then again in October and noticed a big difference. The hotel was less clean, service had gone down and hotel looked like it had more wear within such a short amount of time. I booked a non-smoking room and they put me in a smoking room which I had to complain about to get a new room. The new room they put me in looked like no one had stayed in for months. Full of dust and mirrors hadn't been cleaned. The key card on my door kept deactivating because the battery was dead which was a big inconvenience. Also it was very loud near my room because it was near the service elevator and one night all you could hear was yelling between a group of women, Whether it was employees or other guests I am not sure

Great Stay
This is a very comfortable hotel. The location is great with the exception of a bunch of subway construction that makes it a little difficult to drive to. It is quiet. Good restaurants nearby. Very friendly staff. I've already stayed here twice in the past month.

バスタブがなかったのが残念。 フィットネスクラブもあったが、スイミングプールがない。中国では、それを利用する人が少ないからかも知れない。

住宿心得
浴室的設施有點不好 沒有浴簾,所以浴巾會濕掉。 再加上浴室內沒有置物架 所以無法放衣服

很新很方便的選擇
飯店很新房間很棒,乾淨設備也好非常適合商務出差,隔壁就是超大的銀泰城吃飯買東西也很方便,唯一的小缺點就是當天check in後的第一個房間滿滿煙味,已經指定住無菸房飯店也安排的是無菸房了,房客的水準飯的很難控制,但總覺得打掃清潔時應該注意到這點,雖然飯店馬上安排換房,還是覺得有小小的可惜啊~~

ホテルは比較的新しく、近くにデパートと遊園地があり、ニンポウの端の割には良い環境でした。 今回はお客さんが少なく、ホテルのチェックイン/チェックアウトはスムーズでしたが、お客さんが増えたら...どうなるのでしょう? 中国のホテルはチェックイン/チェックアウトに毎回イラつきますので。

Dans un cadre business, cet hôtel n'est pas adapté. Localisé juste à coté d'un parc d'attraction l'hôtel est essentiellement fréquenté par des familles Chinoises. Beaucoup d'enfants au petit déjeuner et dans les couloirs de l'hôtel. Service d'étage et blanchisserie de très mauvaise qualité. Pas de taxi devant l'hôtel, il est donc nécessaire de faire appeler des taxis avec l'attente qui en découle.

前台服务差,早餐品种少
希尔顿花园酒店,总体感觉不太好。我们一行定了3间房,都是双床标间带早餐,其中一间房指定了3个成人,价格比其他两个标间多了两百块,我们认为是加床加早餐了。到了酒店后,酒店前台包括经理,都说我们的三间房是一样的,不含加床,加床需要另附两百多,其中附赠早餐。于是我就把几间房预定的单据和价格给经理看,多出的两百算什么,酒店经理以员工的打扫费用、多一人的空调费用来搪塞我,并坚持要我额外支出加床费用。还好hotel的客服还是很给力的,我致电客服,阐明经历后,客服帮我们进行了沟通,最终事情得以解决。希尔顿的态度,令我们一行人非常不满,耽误了很多时间。另外,希尔顿的早餐,一点儿也不符合国际大品牌星级酒店的标准。品种少,品质也不好。例如,煎蛋区的煎蛋是流水操作,没法选单面蛋,也没有omelet,连中式的粥也没有。以上是入住不满意的地方,该酒店唯一的优点就是在罗蒙游乐场边上,去那里玩很近,很方便。房间的窗户隔音也很好,下午游乐场的尖叫声完全可以阻隔在外。

Pro - close to a big shopping malls - nice view with the playground - solid build pretty sound-proof room Cons - no compliment water for guess - no back up toilet paper roll - front desk lack of support, such as no taxi hiring services - no food, no waiter, no stuff available for dinner!!!

まず、ホテルが出来上がっていない。部屋は完成しておりますが、部屋の足りないものが多すぎました。 レストランもお茶飲むところもなし。施設もまだクローズ。スタッフもまだまだ教育が行き届いていませんでした。もう少しお客を入れる体制ができてからオープンしたほうが良いですね。
