Very nice hotel in Nice within walking distance of the shops, old town and beach. Nearby tram station of Durandy makes it easy to travel around the area and to and from the airport. Very clean. Friendly staff. Very reasonable price wise.

Great place to land
Great place to land! Beautiful old building with modern amenities a few blocks from Cours Saleya, the ocean, and the tram to the airport. Plenty of food at breakfast - sliced meats, eggs, yogurt, croissants, pain au chocolat, pain au raisins, baguettes, espresso machine to make your own. Front desk there to help. Housekeeping super friendly. Highly recommend.

Older hotel with a lot of character. Room was clean and had A/C. Walking distance to the sea and Old Nice. Staff was helpful a and nice. The only thing I would change are the carpeted floors on the room.

My only issue with this hotel was our room size. We opened up the door and it barely got by the corner of the bed. Other than that, loved everything about the area (10 minute walk to the old city/beach) and having 24hr concierge was amazing since we had to leave for the airport at 4:30am. Nice is incredible.

The hotel is in a great location, but it’s definitely dated. The facility as a whole smelled a bit like sewage, and the bathroom was also showing its age. It was very tight and hard to maneuver in there as well. The shower has a curtain - which is always a bit grimy and when it clings to you as you shower it’s pretty gross. The staff was mostly friendly and helpful - and the price was right (we stayed off-peak).

Full of character.
Have stayed here twice before, so that must say something about the people and place. It’s a French hotel and very individual, makes such a pleasant change from the corporate mainstream hotels where you only know where you are when you open the curtains.

Everything was great. Location, staff, cleanliness… and we even had a surprise balcony in our room that was perfect! I look forward to coming back to this hotel if I am blessed with another opportunity to visit Nice!

The soundproofing of the room is terrible!!! You can hear the noise from the early morning and through the whole day... the noise is from the hallway, either the staff cleaning or the tourist in and out. And the room is super small, especially the bathroom. I'm almost claustrophobic... But the location is good. just located near the tram, and the AC works well.

The bathroom was too small to shower properly, and the hotel does not have 24/7 staff listed on the website. Other than that, the hotel is in a great location.

Location is good. Room was small with no space to hang clothes. Got moved to a better room for the final 2 nights as we had a bathroom leak in the original room.

The hotel was centrally located a 10 minute walk from 'old Nice' and the sea front. The room reflected the price paid in an expensive city. We had a very enjoyable time.

the hotel is small but it look clean, cozy and nice. it is well ubicated so you can walk to some restaurants and to the promenade. Rooms are small but clean. Nice architecture. Breakfast costed 14.00 and was ok.
