This hotel advertised laundry services but none were available. They directed us to a local laundromat which was closed all day. There were no facial tissues available in the room. There was construction obstructing sidewalks near the hotel entrance. The staff were friendly, but we were disappointed that we were not provided what was advertised.

Needs a deep cleaning and new carpet!
Very dusty with stained dirty carpet! Dust on the walls behind the bed and stuck on the air filter. Super rundown for a newer built hotel. Would have been nice to have hair conditioner in the shower. Despite this, at least the sheets and pillow cases were clean.

This property was very nice, and a good alternative location if you want to go to Nice but want to stay somewhere a little cheaper! The hotel is not too far from the train station and the city of Nice is just a short train ride away. The rooms were very nice and included a balcony which we were not expecting! The only thing is that the doors to the balcony would not lock. Other than that one thing, the stay was great!

Great service, friendly staff and clean room. Hotel situated a short walk to bus stops into city. Local shops nearby. May need to venture out for dining but overall fantastic place.

Really nice hotel. Very good taste for decorations. The area is walkable and there are shops and restaurants around but it is not close to Nice. Even the CAP 3000 shopping it is not at a walkable distance due tontoo many bridges to cross. We rented a medium size car and underground parking was very challenging as spaces are very small and narrow Thera was not a single TV channel in English. Being an american hotel chain I'd expect at least to have a couple. Funny enough we could see Chinese and Russian channels with SAP in english Again.. i wouldnt expect that from an american chain

Unexpectedly we had an amazing stay at this Best Western. We were looking for a cheap place to crash close to Nice airport and took a chance. Service was great and staff made us feel home. They went above and beyond, for example offering a big breakfast past the allotted time frame. The room was nice and clean with a huge balcony. The bathroom with separate toilet was large and clean. Amenities in the room were like new. Parking on site was perfect. We will definitely stay there again.

Great hotel on the inside, friendly staff, amenities were amazing. The continental free breakfast was a huge plus and very well maintained. Parking was a bit tricky as spaces were very small and hard to get into.

This hotel was great. The room was big and the balcony was great. Neighbor was smoking though. The parking was hard. Staff were friendly.

Receptionist at check in was friendly and spoke good English, was very helpful. room was clean and nice. Early morning staff did not have key to provide towels in a timely manner. No breakfast provided. Location had coffee and bakery but no breakfast restaurant within easy walking distance,

The property style is nice. However, the one reason I booked this property was because they claim to have laundry facilities and I needed that for this part of my trip. At the front desk they’ve told me they don’t have laundry facilities or a laundry service and instead told me about the nearest laundromat.

Good hotel if you drive
Nice hotel with aircon, close to bus station. Excellent if you have a car as you can go to Nice quickly. I was travelling by bus so it took me an hour to go to Nice downtown

Breakfast finished one hour too early
Stay and everything was very nice. Only thing was at breakfast, that one hour before breakfast was ending all food was finished. We asked that could we have some breakfast and they just said it is finished. Felt stupid because we paid for that.
