Reception was welcoming upon arrival & departure. We were not in our room except to sleep however bed was comfy & room well kept. Even though I set room to 65 it was still very warm. Was disappointed that there was no bottled water included. Hallway was a bit noisy with family who allowed the kids to run up & down the halls & close doors quite loudly. However, all in all did not spend much time there so it was fine. Thank you

Check in was flawless. Team (Staff) answered questions, looked up things. Dining room experience on all occasions amazing. e found the bumblebee in the painting in Zee's ! A mini vacation that was amazing. Thank you.

We had a great service overall, including the front desk staff and the waiter who served us during our lunch next day. We really enjoyed the patio seating with amazing views and delicious food. Monday special was also a hit!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were nice and clean, the food from the restaurants was good and the staff were very courteous. We would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is really nice! Location is perfect just 2 blocks away from the Prince Edward Hotel. The only thing I would say is that the bed's skirt was with a hole. I think at this price point $200 per day you expect everything perfect. Shower is a plus!

Nice clean property with very comfortable beds. Staff was very kind and helpful in giving recommendations in the area as well! Glad we stayed at The Shaw Club Hotel for our visit to Niagara on the Lake!

Great water pressure in the shower, soft towels and great location at the end of the strip. Furniture is looking a bit worn and the air conditioner\heater unit probably needs to be upgraded. Room was hot and air dry even when the thermostat was turned down.

We’re here in town for one night to celebrate New Year’s Eve. The Shaw Club is one of Niagara-on-the-Lake’s most quaint and well-appointed Inns. With only 30 rooms, the hotel has a very warm, friendly and personal feeling. The staff are incredibly helpful, friendly and accommodating. Everyone we’ve encountered here today has been excellent. Rooms are cozy, comfortable and very clean. Real glassware in the room in the epicentre of Wine Country is definitely appreciated. Beds are comfortable and turned down well. Guest rooms also come with paper diaries for guests to leave notes after their visit, which is something I would have never realized was so cool, but it really does give the B&B vibe, which fits well here, even while being an actual hotel. Shaw Club has definitely secured long-term friends in us. We will return without hesitation.

Fun place. Super nice staff. Great breakfast. Bed comfy but king is two twins pushed together. Pillows are not the best-hard. Bedding is fresh and clean. Shower pressure is great. TV screen was burnt out - bad color. Not a huge deal but they should change it.

Old building, rooms have scratched furniture, not updated. Air-conditioner is noisy during night, bathroom has no heating. Overall, nothing special. Close to the main street for easy walking, on the positive side.
