The hotel has over 800 rooms and you are told if you need to use a microwave that you have to use the 1 in the loby in which i thought was kinda disgusting. The rooms do not come with a refrigerator in them so you are paying all this money just for a bed. The towels and wash clothes they had in our room had other humans hair on them. The ice machine that was on our floor was also broken and they only had 1 vending machine in the entire hotel. Also 1 of the elevators was also broken. Went to use the shower and there was know hot water. My wife and i went to the front counter and all they said was to let the sink and shower water run fully open and wait until the gets warm. Once it did get warm you had maybe 5 minutes of hit water. So overal paying almost over $600 for 3 days i feel the hotel needs some major upgrades.
I did not even stay at this hotel. Upon arrival, we quickly realized that the pictures did not match the reality and was such bad conditions that we refused to stay there. It stunk of cigarettes, wall paper was coming off the walls. Carpets had stains and holes and the worst part is that expedia refused to refund us the money even though we had to book a different hotel somewhere else. I was celebrating my girlfriend's birthday for the first time and it ruined our entire experience and weekend. We had to scramble to find another hotel, ended up late to our dinner reservations and ended up leaving a day early because the excitement that we were looking forward to was simply not there anymore. As a first time customer with expedia, I did not feel like a valued customer whatsoever. Certainly leaves me considering whether going through one of their competitors is a smarter option. I'm out over $200 on a place I never stayed at PLUS the cost of the other hotel. Shameful customer experience!

Our room wasn’t properly cleaned, there was hair on the shower wall and stains on the toilet seat. The bathtub and bedsheets had stains on them. The front staff that checked us in were also just not nice at all. Super disappointing

Personally first i was afraid that how will be the room regarding cleaning and look but after that when i enter i was surprised it was so neat and clean and ofcourse view from my room was awsome. If i come next time for stay i definately will book room in this hotel again. Thankyou

The location was within walking distance of the Falls & Fallsview Casino which I liked. The pool was very nice. I was pleasantly surprised that during our 2 day stay the rooms was tidied up and restocked on the first day.
The hotel is definately outdated, old carpets in hallways, the shower stall walls weren't the cleanest, had trouble right away with the key cards working and our toilet was plugged. Even though it was fixed very fast I would have thought the cleaning staff might have noticed this when cleaning the room.

In general it is fine, but there were a couple of things that I did not like, the condition of the bathtub was unpleasant, it was not dirty but stained, something that could easily be removed, and in the pool the smell of chlorine was very intense, for my taste.

I was there for two nights. Room was comfortable and spacious enough but were not soundproofed. I was woken up both nights by other guests being incredibly loud in the hallways. Room was neat and clean, but hallways were showing the age of the building. Although I did not partake the pool did look inviting. Clifton Hill and the Falls were within walking distance, making it easy to access them without the need to pay for extra parking. Most “tourist” attractions were within walking distance as well.

The room smelled, toilet wouldn't flush properly, bathroom fan was falling out of the ceiling and was loud when turned on, charged for parking, refrigerator was not included in room without an additional charge. Comforter had dried blood stains. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone!!

Staff is friendly snd they try to accomodate. However i feel like basic things duch as a mini fridge should be includednin a room. Fanilies usually travel with baby food or milk and dont necessary expect to pay an additional fee. I have never been to a hotel before thatbdid not have a fridge included.

It was a nice hotel, had a the basics you need. We had issues with key cards a few times but it got sorted without any issue. I would return if ever I went back to Niagara.

The hotel is really rundown. The wall paper is peeling, there are holes in the curtains and bed skirts, stains on a lot of things, most of the outlets in our room didn’t work, and the tub was gross. The staff was friendly but the hotel needs a lottttt of work.
