The location of the property of very good. The hotel needed updated badly. Breakfast passable. Only 1 ice machine on the whole property, it had no ice because other guests filled their coolers and left the machine empty. Due to the American holiday the prices where much higher and we were unable to use our CAA card.

Location was the best part of the stay. Average rooms. Had ants crawling through. Booked a room with balcony but did not receive. Reception tried to help but could not facilitate.

While they are not responsible for loud guests, I wish the staff would be abit brave and tell loud guests until 4am partying outside to be quiet or leave...even if they are a biker gang. If I made that much noise, Id have been kicked out.

the gentleman who was on duty the afternoon we checked in was a true saint!! we had issue with our credit card because of being from the USA and he was soooo patient with us as we got it figured out together. He truly is an asset to your business.

Room 402 had a great view of Niagara Falls from the window and balcony. Inside the mall/casino across the street, the burrito place is great, and the gelatos are fantastic.

Property could use some upgrades. Staff were friendly. Complimentary breakfast was great. Lots of choices, hot and cold. Room was older but well maintained. We stayed on a Monday-Tuesday, it might be noisier on the weekend with a Margaritaville indoor and outdoor near by.

Great view of the falls from 7 th floor. Short walk to the Fallsview where we saw a great show. Walking to view the falls close was just a short distance. Would definitely stay again.
