We take all guest concerns seriously. The linens in this facility are new and are laundered by an independent, reputable linen service. We employ diligent, courteous professional housekeeping staff that use only hospital grade cleaners and disinfectants. We regret that after occupying and using the room you were dissatisfied. We note that you were offered several alternative suites and we also note that issues expressed in this review were not articulated to our staff, nor were they observed by the subsequent individual called upon to inspect the room and provide a report. As a result and after full consideration, it was determined that a refund was inappropriate under the circumstances.
