We stayed here about a dozen or more times in the past few years. It was our go to hotel for Niagara Falls and we noticed the rooms were dirty. I seen hairs all over the beds, old smeared tooth paste on the back of the bathroom door not sure how long that was there for. The dresser the tv was on was dirty. It was not clean at all. Bed mattress felt old and the entire hotel is run down. The lobby is kept up and that is it. Also saw marijuana broken out of rolled up cigarette on the elevator floor and some other unpleasant spit. No one cleaned it up I was worried my kids would end up in that elevator when we went back later it was cleaned up, but I think it was there from the night before and no one took the time to clean it up. It’s definitely not up to Hilton standards. I won’t stay here again.

Room & service were great for us. We needed extra towels at one point and we called and they brought them up very quickly! Very clean and we were taken care of. We will definitely stay here again, thank you guys for everything. Can’t wait for next time!

The hotel was very nice. The room was exactly as described and the view was amazing. The pool area was huge. The pool could have been a little warm but otherwise was great. The few downsides are that there are no microwaves in the rooms. A microwave in is available in the basement but that is a little inconvenient. The hotel only had one large luggage cart so families may need multiple to get everything in. We did have a half hour wait past check in as our room was not ready so that was not great but the front desk gave us a key card to be able to access the pool to wait.

Our room was high up and the view was exceptional. Staff were very nice and helpful. Housekeeping could improve a lot. Our room wasn't cleaned properly and supplies not replaced. I did call reception and they sent someone up right away to fix what was wrong. (It was not very satisfactory0

Very clean and modern hotel with outstanding amenities close to everything you need at Niagara Falls. Would definitely stay again. Helpful staff and a 7-min walk from everything (with a view, as well!).

The whole property, including public area and guest rooms are very clean and well maintained. The design and decoration of the lobby is very cozy and has class. Location is convenient. Even though not by the falls, we can still see it from our river view room. The complimentary cookies are yummy.

The lobby is very nice & the room was clean with a great view of the falls. It was a close walk to the casino & our concert venue. The only thing we found disappointing was the television viewing. There seemed to only be antenna channels & on demand movies.

The hotel itself was lovely and the restaurant food and staff were excellent. My only issue is the wheelchair accessible rooms could use some work. I travelled with my son in a power wheelchair so I come with a portable lift and lots of luggage. The flooring should be hard throughout, carpet is no good for wheelchairs or lifts. The room wasn’t as big as i would have thought for an accessible room. The beds are on platforms, which seems to be common these days, but are virtually impossible to roll a lift under when transferring a patient.

This was a perfect place to stay for our family for a visit to the Falls! The pool is AMAZING, the rooms are spacious, and the staff was so kind and hospitable. It is also a very convenient walk to the Falls and all other attractions in the immediate Niagara Falls area. Definitely recommend!

Location was great! Walkable to everything. The room was quite spacious and bed were comfortable. Pool was very nice My biggest issue is the lack of the basic things which make a difference. No slippers or robes, no shower cap and no ability to extend check out (unless we call in the morning to ask or you pay an extra fee). Its the little things that matter, so it felt like the hotel was cutting corners which made it have a cheap feel to it
