I don’t know why they didn’t have fridges in the room. Apparently, management refuses to put them in the rooms. Had to leave my food at the front desk in their fridge. Not very convenient at all.

This property is in an ideal location. It is close to a variety of food and shopping choices and within an easy walk to Clifton Hill and the Niagara Parkway (where one can view the American & Horseshoe Falls). Staff were pleasant and very accommodating. The room and other areas of the hotel were clean and in good repair.

The hotel is usually good I’ve stayed a few times and it was always clean..this time you could tell the room wasn’t dusted the lamps or headboards..the dust was thick

Unfortunately did not get any sleep people banging doors entire night.Room had an foul odour and cleaning person didnt knock on the door at 10am and caught my friend in the nude .

Good: Complimentary breakfast and all day beverages. Close to the falls. Good size room. Fair price for parking Air conditioning Pool and hot tub Improvement: Near main road so noisy. No fridge or microwave in room.

We had a wonderful stay, walking distance to all great shops, restaurant's, entertainment. Hotel room was clean. Very friendly staff. Would stay there again.

this is my first time staying in a hotel alone, so i was expecting same as where the other hotels I have stayed… The only thing i am looking for is no sleepers inside my room, no toothbrush, good thing I bring mine. Not even offer a bottle of water, so I have to bring mine. The breakfast there should at least a boiled egg if they can’t fry a bacon. But overall The place is clean and it was convenient place. Would recommend the place!

Found a dirty sock in my room and carpet didn’t appear very clean. I arrived a bit early and called first beforehand to see if room may be ready a bit early, receptionist said no it’s not ready which was fine, however, she just hung up the phone after she said that (not very nice customer service). I was surprised how much noise from outside was echoing through my room. Beds seem quite old and hard. Remote control for tv was taped together.

Breakfast is on us - that’s how the hotel greets you in the lobby. They serve good items, not the cheap stuff. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We stayed in a King bedroom. The room was spacious, but is a little outdated. Thank goodness, the hotel is located outside the entertainment district.
