This is thee most disgusting hotel I’ve ever encountered in my life. Let me preface this by saying I didn’t know this hotel is typically for ppl with housing crisis’s but regardless it was so dirty from the moment you walked in up until the moment you left. the whole place wreaked horribly, the elevator was so small & unsafe from the light buzzing to it closing ridiculously slow. The rooms were filthyyy no clean linen or sheets at all, stains on everything including the pillowcases. Towels & washcloths had stains, the paint was super chipped on the walls and bathroom door was so jammed it’ll take you ramming yourself into it to close. The only good thing about this hotel was we didn’t see any bugs or rodents however a rat trap was found behind the refrigerator. 0/10 experience wouldn’t even recommend to the homeless.

I absolutely loved the property, me and my boyfriend went for my birthday and it was amazing! Rooms smelt nice everything was made, nice water pressure. Only downside about it was u heard sirens a lot and can hear outside noise fairly easily, but other than that everything was amazing! i will be staying again! It’s nice for a cheap hotel, definitely recommend!

AMAZING...this is the 3rd hotel I have been at with my kids. I have 4 under age 5. I have had noise complaints from both previous hotels. I have had none here yet so the walls and floors are thicker. They are very accommodating and if staying more than a night they replace linen and towels where as other hotels said you washed on your own. Staff is friendly and willing to go extra mile if need be. This is a really rough time for my family and the last thing I want is to be stuck in a hotel with my children however their ability to work with me and have patience has made thing's a little easier.Rooms are spacious for the most part. Very clean. Didn't even see dust...best part NO BUGS like didn't even see a fly shortage is also a plus. As well as seating for amount of ppl I have. Not only a table but desk as well for kids to sit and eat. Stove and sink as well as cupboards were all clean which is more than I can say about other places I have stayed.

Smelled of mildew. Once in the room, sheets were dirty and there was a leak in the bathroom. Got a new room, dirty sheets again and toilet wouldn't flush. We ended up moving to a different hotel. We got 1 night back but they wouldnt refund us for the first night even though we literally walked in and out of the room.

Not Consistent , Too High Of A Rating .
I booked a king suite , when i arrived i was told i could not get the room i booked because the person extended their stay in the room i booked . I was given a regular room with two double beds you cannot connect . No lower price or compensation. I took the room anyway and when i entered the room it was filthy . Stains on sheets and pillows , stains on the walls and comforter , roach crawling on the floor and filthy floors . I already was given a smaller room with a considerably smaller bed and the room was filthy. I complained and was given another room of the same type ( two double sized beds ) that room was in better condition . However the remotes to the tv did not work. The area is very odd as well , questionable people staying there and the parking area is sketchy. Room design is actually pretty decent , just poor area and cleanliness is not that good . Overall 5/10 experience.

This second stay was out of pure necessity; i would never stay here again. They have roaches and it wrecks of curry when you walk in. The elevator didn’t work all weekend, no vending machines either. A lot of family members and homeless stay here for days and they want &100 deposit for a red roof brand hotel that was about $90 a night

The hotel smelled like curry and had roaches ; i called customer service trying to get change and they didn’t help me at all. They also wanted $100 deposit for a hotel that was like $70/nt… the owner was nice but the bldg has a ton of ppl (family of owner) and homeless living in there

Horrible Experience
The hotel spells very musty and it damp when you first walk in. The room smells just as bad, there are soiled sheets, molded pillows, bullet holes in windows, and bed bugs. Do not let the nicer photos fool you!

Well, they can come into your rooms even if locked
No hotel lock for a reason. Woke up to two workers in my room telling me to get out. Instead of just charging me for another night. I work 6:30 pm to 5 am. I specifically requested a 4:00 late check out, and was not given that despite asking for it.

Elevator seemed in disrepair: slow, noisy, and a little jerky. Carpet in poor condition (many pieces of gum ground into the carpet). Room wasn't made up, but reception immediately refunded my money with a smile and apology. When walking out, noticed large cricket in the hall.

The "suite" was Set up like a trap house. They put the mirror in front of an empty space. Pubic hairs on the towels. Dust everywhere. Hallway carpet filthy and smelled like gasoline. Would never recommend.

This property appears nice by the pics on the website. As soon as I pulled in the parking lot it was a no/go but all the area hotels were sold out. It's very rundown the glass was dirty at the front door/panel on front desk hanging off. Our 1st room stunk really bad and had ants. The desk clerk was nice and moved us. Ceiling in bathroom peeling, hard wood floors sticky and dirty. I just wouldn't stay again if you can afford better stay somewhere else. I paid around $160.00 there was an event in the area the rates should be compared to a 2 star motel. This property needs to be refreshed really bad, paint, carpeting, exterior and interior!

I booked 2 rooms and both rooms has stained sheets. Bathtubs has not cleaned properly. Mattresses are not attached the headboard so they were moving on every single body movement. Barely slept for 3 hours. Be aware.

There was dirt and food pieces underneath the beds. We checked the mattresses and thankfully they were okay but we did not sleep under the comforter because we did not feel comfortable to do so. The towels had stains on them.

There were dead crickets in the bathtub. Looked like blood smeared on the wall behind the doorway. If the room was cleaned properly there is no way it could have been an over site.
