Great property in an excellent location. Very nice 1 bedroom suite with lots of room, clean and well stocked. The staff were very responsive and pleasant. This was overall a great place to stay.

We have stayed at Perham court a few years back and it was excellent. This time it was even better. Clean, equipped, friendly. Excellent location, free parking. Just be aware, that it is dog friendly and you may hear barking

Fireplace suite not guaranteed
Lovely place, great central location within walking distance to many spots. Hunter was very attentive. My only advice is to request a room with a fireplace as it reads as though you'll have one in the one bedroom luxury suite as advertised but to my surprise the room didn't have a fireplace. Rooms don’t have a Keurig but some other espresso machine. They do, however, have a Keurig and all needs for coffee in the common area. I would definitely stay again but request a fireplace. Doesn't necessarily seem fair that some would get a fireplace and others not for the same price.

Good morning, Marlana and thank you so much for your review. Yes we have 7 1 bedrooms with a fireplace and 2 with a balcony. Summertime, balcony is requested more, wintertime it is the fireplace. We are unable to accommodate all requests, that is why we note this here (if Expedia allows) and anywhere else permitted. Hunter is exceptional and we thank you so much for noting this, it truly does mean a lot. We understand why you may be confused, Expedia is confusing, but it is our policy due to not being able to accommodate all requests.

Second night the noise from out of control kids in room above us until 11 PM was horrible. Worst of all there is no staff on site after 4 PM so all I could do is text management. I can only assume they just don't care as no one ever got back to me. I urge you to stay away from Pelham Court Hotel.

Thank you so much for your authentic review of your feelings. Yes, the reservation was troublesome, and yes, we did address 3 times at night, as soon as they returned from dinner at 7 pm and stopped at 9:30 when it was controlled. Sadly at 8 am I found myself having to suggest the guest leave before check out time at 11 am to ensure we did not have a similar situation. My assistant manager was here till 6 pm, as evidence by the text you received and responded to, checking in before he left. I understand your frustration, that is why we did not speak to you regarding the outburst at the guest. We do not stand for this and ensure guest know the policy of quiet time at 11 pm.

Superb. Our entire experience is that word. Superb. The rooms were furnished with very comfortable beds, chairs and couch. The couch opened to a queen size bed that was comfortable. The secluded courtyard was complete with a fountain and a number of inviting places to sit and enjoy the peaceful gardens. Several groups of guests could be in the courtyard and not be disturbed by others-sitting areas were not crowded together. Parking is close and very convenient. This is an establishment that takes pride in ownership. I had the a delightful conversation with Jay and would return here to stay on a regular basis. Thank you Jay!

It might not be for everyone, but it's great for us! I only communicated with the staff through phone or text, but i got all i needed.. hotel is clean, everything is there (kitchen, utensils, "make up remover"), comfy bed, bannister wharf across the hotel, unlimited cofffee, and i could go on.. i would definitely come here again!!!

We had a wonderful time at Pelham Hotel. Our suit was spotless andcomfotable, small balcony was a very nice surprise. Courtyard is gorgeous. Staff is very helpful and nice. The hotel is in walkable distance to pretty much anything, and a very short drive to mansions and cliff walk. At the same time its on a very quiet old street. Definitely would recommend this place

Regular visitors to Newport, Had wanted to try this hotel because seemed like an upgrade over 2-3 places we typically stay. It was not. Regardless of where thermostat is, room was ungodly, suffocatingly hot in Mid-January. Wi-Fi did not work. Thus, smart tv's with only apps that work if you sign into the streaming services on your own account did not work because no wifi. Really no service. Hotel smelled like paint. Fireplace really not usable because already far too hot. Room to unit would open pop open even when locked if you pushed on it. Pretty subpar experience all around for a "nicer" option in Newport.

Thank you so much for your honest review. We apologize our efforts in asking if you needed anything did not assist you twice a day. The thermostat located in the bedroom is welcomed by our guests to use at their will, and if any difficulties my team and I are available in the morning and turn down service. We did not experience any issues with the cable or apps on other TV,s but would have happily assisted you if notified. I have not experienced the door popping open but I am checking the dead bolt today to ensure its safety. Please let us know if we can assist in the future, we are always available to assist.

Staff was great. The hotel is more of a clean one bedroom apartment. It’s located right on the main tourist drag, and a short walk to the main local drag.

I would definitely stay again. Great location and room. Service was fine. They check on you by text to make sure you don’t need anything. That said, the Covid protocol at this point is more of a gimmick. Some noise after nearby bars close at night but not a big deal.
