Great location! I wish the room had a chair. The window seat was nice, but definitely needed somewhere else to sit. Not crazy about pocket door for the bathroom. It was nice, but too modern for my taste.

Location is great. Valet was great. Front desk was awful….no one there at check in…..never described amenities…..and the room was tiny and had no closet or dresser. Bathroom was the size of our RV bathroom.

Great location, perfect for shopping, dining and right on the wharf. And the property was so modern! The room was small but I like newer place rather than old and big. Definitely come back.

This property was excellent! Rooms are small, but the shared sitting areas are so cozy! I watched an amazing sunset from a comfortable chair while sipping wine! I would definitely return!

The hotel is in walking distance to everything so made it convenient. Staff was friendly and helpful. And the hotel was very chic and comfortable

My wife and I enjoyed ourselves here for the couple of nights we stayed. Just disappointed immediately when they told us we need to pay $30 a night to park at the hotel, which was ridiculous. I'm handicapped and called The Newport Police and they informed me i can park at a street meter overnight for free as long as i have my placard shown. Thank you to Amanda at the police department for her assistance. Last thing rom is only good for 2 people at the most. Also room had no refrigerator, which it would have to be upgraded to a suite if you needed one. I use insulin, so i need one to keep my insulin refrigerated, but at that point we were already checked in. Staff very friendly and helpful when needed.

First time staying at this hotel. Traveled solo and felt very safe. The hotel and staff are wonderful! My room was cozy and spotless. Furniture comfortable and appeared new. I definitely got the R&R I needed. I plan to stay here again next time I’m in Newport!

We had a great stay for a quick getaway with our toddler. The staff were so friendly and responsive. They gave great recommendations as it was our first time in the area. I loved the style of the property and the location couldn’t be beat. The rooms are a little on the small side and we didn’t have a fridge which was slightly inconvenient. But I would definitely return.

Stayed two nights here. The hotel was lovely and its location is wonderful for walking to shops and restaurants. The rooms are on the smaller size but are nicely decorated and have great views. I do wish coffee makers were in the rooms but the Illy coffee in the lobby was great! I would definitely recommend (and return again)!

I felt the room was small and would prefer sink was in the actual bathroom. I also thought it was outrageous to pay $30 to park per night on a Sunday in the off season.

We absolutely loved the giant view and the efficiency of our tidy and swank room. It was compact yet expansive because of the natural light and tall ceilings. The furnishings feel lush and the light blocking screen was extremely effective. I highly recommend. My only qualm was the lack of pillow variety in regards to bedding.

Awesome experience, if I want to be critical, we asked for washcloths, and never got them. Otherwise, we would totally stay at this place every single time we go to Newport.

The common areas of this hotel are gorgeous, and the location was perfect. Our room was clean, but far too Spartan for our tastes. It was not cozy or inviting. There is no table or chair to sit on or resta purse, food, etc, on besides the bed thing next to the bed, or the narrow nightstands. The lights were ridiculous, and the fact that the room clock does not work without the light being on is equally pointless. The water pressure was horrible. The bathroom was tiny, which was also annoying given the huge empty space in the room because there is only a bed in it. We could not have imagined staying there more than two nights because it was just such an unwelcoming a space. (The room only)

Sleek, modern hotel. Friendly staff. Common areas are well appointed and classy. Our room was small, but adequate. Only downside was a very small bathroom, with a sliding door that was difficult to close, and the bathroom sink was out in the room, which is odd, and leaves something to be desired in terms of privacy. Overall, a good experience.
