"Chose to stay here over a neighbouring hotel because it would have a pool. A pool is pictured so I did not double check listed amenities. Upon check in I find out that the pool has been closed for a couple of weeks. They did offer to cancel my reservation but it was simpler to leave things as is. "

Did not like the carpet and tile in the room needed cleaned and there were no towels in the pool room when we asked for some they were going to give us hand towels she said that is what we put in there told her we needed bigger towels which she did give us did not understand why they would only put out hand towels."

"My favorite place to stay in Cambridge because it is an excellent value. Everything was great but the bathroom, which was clean, was in need of some basic maintenance. "

"A coffee maker in the room would have been nice. I drink a lot of coffee and had to go out numerous times to the Duchess gas station for coffee. Other than that, you were pleasant, polite, and the room was very good. Please keep up the good work. The Champagne, Illinois Super8 could learn a lot from you (they were HORRIBLE)"
