"Absolutely great, breakfast great, rooms lovely, location very central, staff friendly. Only slight niggle was at check in took £25 deposit on card which was fair enough but also took card details and input into the computer. The person on check in could not explain why they needed both or what happens with card details. It was explained much clearer by someone else when we checked out but in a day and age of scamming you want to know what happens with your confidential info. Possibly just a small training requirement."
